One small issue in an otherwise perfect experience.
Everything related to the customer waiting area, the service, and the work done to my vehicle was per
fect as usual except for one item. The windshield washer fluid reservoir was empty, even though the maintenance report said that all fluids were topped off. I think this is the first time I've had a less than 5 star experience here, being a regular customer for seven or eight years, but it's still probably a 4.8.

My daughter recently relocated from Buffalo, NY to Hillsboro for her career. It was necessary to arra
nge for a car lease that would provide her with a vehicle when she arrived in town. Seth Peterson went above and beyond all expectations to help us with our choices, lease details, insurance and financial details. He even offered to pick her up from the airport! The car was cleaned and gassed up and waiting for her when she arrived. My daughter and I are extremely grateful to Seth and CJ Maglangbayan, the finance manager, for their professionalism, courtesy and assistance. I highly recommend leasing or buying a car from this dealership.

I recently bought the Hyundai Tuscon from Burdick Hyundai in Cicero. My salesperson was Donnie, a you
ng man who was congenial, most helpful, and willing to answer all of my many questions. His knowledge of the car and his ability to explain the different functions that this car offers were exemplary. I never felt rushed nor did I ever feel sense a hard sell to buy the car. Donnie showed me multiple cars, reviewed the differences among them and was concerned that I be pleased with my purchase. I would not hesitate to recommend Donnie and his manger, Brian at Hyundai. The service was excellent.

I am so pleased to make this post it is not often (if ever). that I am compelled to write a post BUT,
I want to let the world know about the customer service experience I have had with this dealership. I have never felt like I was just a customer or that I am gonna be ripped off. The reps answered all my questions and informed me of my options. They explained everything to me in detail. The GM -owner should be very proud of his team THEY are wonderful.
