while buying a new Tuscon, Eric was very helpful being my salesman again!!
Eric again was my salesperson for a third tim I believe, he helped me answered all my questions and I would highly recommend him to anyone at the Hyundai dealership. My son went with me to pickup my new car and he has dealt with alot of car salesmen and he also said Eric was one of the best he has spoken to!! Thank you again Eric!

Buying a new car
I recently bought the Hyundai Tuscon from Burdick Hyundai in Cicero. My salesperson was Donnie, a young man who was congenial, most helpful, and willing to answer all of my many questions. His knowledge of the car and his ability to explain the different functions that this car offers were exemplary. I never felt rushed nor did I ever feel sense a hard sell to buy the car. Donnie showed me multiple cars, reviewed the differences among them and was concerned that I be pleased with my purchase. I would not hesitate to recommend Donnie and his manger, Brian at Hyundai. The service was excellent.

I take my car to Cicero Hyundai and everyone there is so helpful and friendly
I take my car my Hyundai Kona for service and Steve works on my car and other service guys have work on my car to and they are all very nice and they go over what my car needs to be fixed when I 1st got my Kona I leased it and Tim was my sales guy Tim walked me through all the paperwork I was so excited to drive my new car when my lease was up Tim helped me buying my lease out and I own my car I will always bring my car to Cicero Hyundai because everyone there treats you like family they all really do care about there customers

Not that great.
Don’t give these guys a deposit for a vehicle based on an arrival date. I did and missed out on other vehicles that came along including my first choice which was a RAV4 Prime. I can’t believe I actually drove 2 1/2 hours to get to a subpar dealership.

Awesome Service!
I would not bring my car to any other dealership for service because of my faith in the service department. They always figure out the problem and take care of it. One less thing I have to worry about!
