Terrible service and problem solving. NEVER. Hyunday again
Service? Not in their vocabulary .They dont have an idea what that is. Firat and last time we are buying Hyundai. First ongoing problem andnits been 4 months, no resolution and we have spent over $500 usd of our own money on tow trucks, ubers and battery charger as they dont seem to know what the problem is or they just dont want to so anything about it.

Great service department.
I am so pleased to make this post it is not often (if ever). that I am compelled to write a post BUT, I want to let the world know about the customer service experience I have had with this dealership. I have never felt like I was just a customer or that I am gonna be ripped off. The reps answered all my questions and informed me of my options. They explained everything to me in detail. The GM -owner should be very proud of his team THEY are wonderful.

Terrible service
My car has been waiting for service since 4/23 and they did not offer a loner car or provide me with any updates. They are terrible at communication and i still have no clue whats going on with my vehicle almost a month later.

Who writes these things
I'm not sure whom wrote the previous reviews for this site, but I can say without a doubt this dealership is not the best. First, they have a market adjustment on vehicles that do not carry a high market value. Second, they add service contracts to vehicles without the agreement of the client as if it is required. Last, they don't tell you that you have 10 days to cancel the Apex contracts. Make sure you cancel them as others have repeatedly stated they don't honor them. Next, their concierge service is a joke, they don't actually do what is stated by Genesis, which is the reason most people will buy them. If you are looking luxury, don't view Genesis as that brand, as although the car is nice, the service, support and sales experience is far less than luxury. Genesis, if you're reading this, the experience is dismal, and your vehicles value on the open market needs much improvement. Customer service is your number one facet of improvement. This dealership is doing you a great disservice. Hope no one asks my take on Genesis, they'll get my full experience. You've lost a customer for life.

Unacceptable Cost of Simple Repair
Daniel from the dealership has offered me some monetary consideration for the excessive price charged to fix my antenna. I appreciate that consideration and offer this rescore as an endorsement of the staff at West Houston Hyundai. My complaint is not with the dealership, but with the engineering of the antennae assembly which forces such an expensive repair.

Unacceptable Cost of Simple Repair
I have a serious complaint regarding the price of an insignificant replacement part for my 2016 Sonata. Recently the cover for my antenna was somehow broken. Without the cover the electronics of the antenna was exposed, however, the radio worked perfectly without the cover.
When I visited my dealer, West Houston Hyundai, I was told that the cover could not just be replace and I would have to buy a new antenna assembly and also pay for labor to get it replaced. The price of the antenna assembly was $348.34 and the cost of labor was $330.00 for a total cost of a simple plastic cover of $678.34. This is OUTRAGOUS!
Your company is either extremely greedy, or employ poor engineering which allows for your customer to pay such a price for such a simple fix. Remember, that the radio stilled worked on all stations, without the cover.
While I have liked most aspects of the car since I bought it new in 2016, I am concerned that when other small things need repair you will again charge me an outrageous price. This will certainly influence my decision to replace this vehicle with another Hyundai.

Not need to go anywhere else
This is the only place I take my truck to get serviced. It's not the closest dealership to me but it's the only one I trust and it's the only one I've been to. ALL the staff are polite (no bad attitudes) and they answer all my questions. Also they always wash my car when they're done????.
