would you write all over expensive things with permanent sharpie?
If you love your vehicle or your money, avoid this place at all costs.

They wrote on all four tires on the sidewall in permanent metallic sharpie that can't be removed and sticks out like a sore thumb. In addition to this, when I showed up at the 'Promised' pickup time they told me they that the manager had left and it didn't look like my vehicle had even been touched service wise so I was unexpectedly without my primary vehicle for days. They didn't even offer reimbursement for the unnecessary rideshares I had to take to the dealership to see if my vehicle was ready after the Service department just didn't answer my calls during office hours.

EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL all around. You're going to pay more than you want to if you go here and will likely not be pleased with the results. To add icing on the cake, they also put the R-P (Rear-Passenger) sharpie marked tire on the Rear-Driver side so I am really doubting the integrity of the tire rotation/alignment/balancing they 'performed'.

Not surprised this place is so poorly rated. Overpriced with no accountability of work done. They act like it’s annoyance to explain what’s going on with your car and only give you minimal info at that. Not trustworthy, go somewhere else.

Service advisor
Not sure what has happened to this place recently but this used to be a trustworthy dealership that had built a reputation for being one of the best in south bay area. I had been a customer since 2009. I say it past tense because i will not be coming back here again. After this last experience with Hamed Mahdavi (service advisor) who in his own words made the statement " I only work here and have no knowledge of how service works" and " it's not my money so I don't care" has me so baffled I had to take the time out of my day to write this review, with the goal to bring awareness to anyone who reads the reviews. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!. This place is completely money driven and will drain you for everything if you let them. If you deal with Hamed mahdavi please RUN. This is seriously. I official paid $1,316 for diagnostics only to scan my vehicle and tell me my fault codes😭 . On top of them playing the part for over 1 month that they could not figure out the issue and when I asked for detailed report I was given "NO DETAILS" Just scanned codes. In order to keep this short. This place has completely fell apart. They have good technicians but horrible customer service. I do have to say that I noticed better service from the rest of the team. I will give it the benefit of the doubt that it was just my lucky pick with Mr. Mahdavi.

TERRIBLE SERVICE DEPARTMENT
In late October of 2024 I visited my local dealership for the Jeep Wobble on my 392 Rubicon. I paid a total of $299.00 for them to test drive my car and confirm my concerns were valid. I asked for a quote/estimate for the repair and they were uninformed as to how to solve this issue and gave me a generic answer you can find on google. I called for the next couple days to obtian an estimate and they kept me on hold and I eventually told them I was going to get my vehicle since they had it sitting there and not working on it. Their service team is one of if not the worst I have ever hand the displeasure of working with. I asked to speak to the service manager due to my horrible experience and he sent me through a rabbit hole to obtain a refund which included being on hold with the "Jeep Wave Group" until they told me that the dealership was sending me in a circle and that they should issue me a refund. It really shows how shady the dealership is when a Stellantis Case Manager tells you that you wre being given the run around and to speak to the manager and/or GM.
The service manager ignored my messages for months until I called again to get a response. I was not provided any paperwork until I called them many times requesting documentation. The service manager sent me the paperwork about 4.5 months later. What am I supposed to do with that now? now that I paid them $299.00 and I had a reputation shop fix the issue same day. I would recommend to everyone to never do business with this dealership. Their sales department looked at my funny when I wanted to test drive the 392 Rubicon so I went and bought one elsewhere and now their service department is proving to be just as terrible. I would recommend to go anywhere but this scamming dealership.

🚨 Avoid This Dealership at ALL Costs! 🚨
If I could give ZERO stars, I would. Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Stevens Creek is hands down the most negligent, dishonest, and incompetent dealership I have ever encountered. After years of dealing with their unprofessional service department, I am done. If you value your car, your money, and your sanity—RUN.

🔥 Repeated Vehicle Damage by THEIR Technicians! 🔥
Let’s start with the fact that my 2015 Jeep Renegade has been repeatedly DAMAGED under their "care" since 2018. Their technicians have botched service after service, leaving me with a wrecked vehicle and thousands in losses. Some highlights of their utter incompetence:

Botched air filter housing installation—not once, not twice, but SEVEN times!
Spark plugs STRIPPED during routine service
Tire sensor BROKEN during a simple rotation
Key fob NEVER reprogrammed after a computer module replacement
Unauthorized diagnostic tests performed without my consent
Final straw: Engine misfire leading to a $12,000 engine replacement bill—caused by THEIR negligence!
🚨 They WILL Damage Your Car & Then Blame YOU 🚨
Despite clear photographic evidence and direct conversations with management, they refuse to take responsibility for the irreversible damage they caused to my car. Instead of making it right, they tried to push the $12,000 repair bill onto me—even though my car is still under warranty and a service package I PAID FOR!

💰 They Will SCAM You for Every Penny 💰
This dealership operates like a con artist ring, deceiving customers into paying for unnecessary repairs while causing further damage to ensure you keep coming back. Their sales tactics are predatory, and their service department is a money pit designed to drain you dry.

⚖️ I’m Taking LEGAL Action Against Them ⚖️
Because of their gross negligence, fraud, and outright incompetence, I have filed complaints with Jeep Wave, the Better Business Bureau, and the Director of Consumer Affairs. If you have also been a victim of their shady practices, I encourage you to do the same!

Do NOT trust these crooks with your vehicle. Whether it’s sales, service, or repairs, this dealership is a NIGHTMARE. I wouldn’t wish this experience on my worst enemy.

Waste of time
I made an appointment on June 30th to test drive a car on July 1st at 10am. I woke up early to make my way down to dealership(1 hr drive) only to find out that they sold the car after I made my appointment. Garbage service because they could have easily reached out to me to let me know the car is not available anymore instead of having me waste my time to drive down to the dealership. Just wasted 2 hours of my life driving there and back home. Then they wanted me to check out other cars. No, you do not get my service after wasting my time and the lack of communication. Lack of communication within the business because they weren’t even positive the car was sold. They had to double check for me. How do you not know your inventory, but want to sell cars.

Worst service in my entire life.
Worst service in my entire life. One repair sent home that was obviously not tested and did not work at all (and they refused to not charge me fully for parts and labor). Another 2nd similar situation, problem misdiagnosed, still charged for labor and parts for something not needed and somethign that did not help at all. They do not stand behind their work, and the technicians are completely incompetent. (they did not test the repair before returning the vehicle!). They have no problem charging for parts and labor that are absolutely not needed. Be careful here. No integrity and they do not stand behind their work.

Don’t go there
They sold me a used car with one remote control key in October. Today I walked into the dealership to ask for the second key. I explained that they should’ve warned me that the car won’t start without a remote key And they should’ve warned me before selling me the car that it only has one remote key, which is the only way to start the car. They did not. So I went to ask them to make me my spare key in their service department. I was met by a sweet blonde woman who tried to help. Until she brought me a man with an insufferable rude attitude. He accused me of buying the car years ago (bought it on October 31, 2020) and had no answer for me when I asked why did they not warn me that the car has one key before I bought it? I didn’t know that the extra key they gave me doesn’t start the car! He told me to pay for one if I want one and that it’s not his problem because it’s a used car! The car should come with two keys and I should’ve been warned that it only has one! I don’t have a problem with the fact that they couldn’t help me. I have a problem with this man with this bullying intimidating attitude and angry energy looking down on me because I bought a used car. Don’t buy from them. No wonder why they have a 1.3 star rating. They have a serious attitude problem and have no idea how to treat their customers. They HIDE crucial information from their customers to fool them into paying for what they should’ve gotten for free.

Easy sale not worth manager's time
I contacted the dealer a few days ago, interested in a vehicle I saw while shopping online. Since the dealer is a bit far away, I wanted to do most of the legwork via email, then just go in to sign paperwork etc..
I did all the work for them, basically making it an easy sale, putting together payments, down, loan info, but they decided to lowball my trade (my mistake for letting them know the loan payoff I guess.)
The sales person was very nice, but overworked, and her manager Prince decided that besides lowballing my trade, he wasn't interested in working with me. Not on on the trade-in, not on the price, not on the discount, nothing.
I wasted a lot of time making everything easy for them, even offering even more money down, just to be strung along for 3 days just to find out that I wasn't worth the time to deal with. They could have said so on day 1.
Will definitely be taking my business elsewhere.

Buyer beware- illegal sales practices
Stevens Creek jeep and specifically Mary Maile lied and conduct illegal sales practices. I inquired about a jeep and revived a write internet quote for $29,810 from the dealership with a specific instructions that quote was only valid for 48hrs so I tried to purchase after only 6 hours and Mary said it was a mistake and her and the sales manager would not honor the quote and price. Only said she was sorry and it was a mistake

Don’t not buy from here, do not trust

Salesman from hell
Tried to go there really wanted to buy a car there that I found on the internet but the sales person was incredibly rude and then I asked him that's how u do business here ,his reply was yeah so get off my lot .with was that ready to buy a car and because I asked a few questions about the car I get told off

Terrible people
Very poor sales rep ( Mary ) And manager ( Neco ), I went to buy a car and because I negotiated price they started play a game on me : " you have to hurry ! Someone is going to buy the car right now", and then I asked for a lower price and suddenly in a glance the car was sold ! ?? funny people, they think I will fall for this bait. In fact I was reading reviews online and it looks like they do this all the time, I hope management knows about this and how many sales they'd turn down so far !

The car is still there's I checked, they think people are stupid and they will freak out when they hear that someone is buying ( the mysterious buyer that suddenly shows up and now he's interested in the car you are buying that been setting for months at the dealer lot ) don't even think buying from this dealer.

They also gave me wrong tax estimates, I asked The sales to check the numbers 3 times because it doesn't look right and she insisted it's right and at the end turned out she was wrong!

If there's a half star I wouldn't even give that ??
