Car wouldn't start.
Couldn't get my car to start for about a week. Was becoming a problem with work. I called Sean at Wayne's and everything was wonderful. They came to my house to tow it and took care of all the issues with the car very efficiently. Will definitely be bringing my other cars here for routine work.

Had a bumper issue
I have used Wayne’s Auto in Powell for number of years and they have been great. I had a rear brake noise that Honda said was normal ! It was not. Although pads were good car would make terrible noise when in reverse. Took it to Wayne’s and they said brakes were fine but they had something that might help. They pit coating on and no more noise. ! Had another issue with my Mercedes bumper where piece got caught on curbing in parking lot and fell off. I brought it to them and they fixed it for small cost. If I had to go to collision shop it would have been a fortune ! Bottom line, they are honest and always helpful. 👍

Highly recommend
I highly recommend Wayne’s Auto. Sean explains service and repair needed very clearly to my novice ear. He is professional and respectful and they stand by their service and product. They are fair and honest.

honest and very good
I have a 2012 Chevy Malibu with an electrical issue that nobody was able to fix including the Chevy dealership. These gents found the issue, fixed it and I haven't had a problem with the car in over 3 years. They're the only one I believe can get your vehicle going. They also go a good job letting you know what issues you will need to address before it becomes a more expensive problem. I trust Sean and his crew a lot.

fool me twice - shame on me
We needed the passenger seat heater repaired. We were charged for 2 hours of diagnostics on a system that is as electrically complex a a toaster. When I questioned this charge I was advised that the technician had start at the battery and check many connections. The on/off switch on the side of the seat lite up when turned on indicating power was getting to the seat. A neighbor, who services his own cars, correctly diagnosed the problem in 10 seconds as a broken wire in the seat grid - a common problem.

Three years ago I brought the same car in for a heater problem and ended up with a $1,200 bill that included multiple service items that I had not authorized. These included new 4 new spark and a new serpentine belt. The owners manual suggests that these items be serviced at 97,500 miles. The car had 41,000 miles on it at the time. I was charged 1 hour labor for each service.

When I am asked at our next neighborhood homeowners association if I can recommend a good local auto repair shop, I will be ready with my answer. Fool me once - shame on you. Fool me twice - shame on me. Lesson learned.
