Wayne’ s delivers on their device commitments. The oil change was completed on time plus the warranty work on my vehicle’s A/C system was completed when promised and without any charges for related parts and materials. Great vale for the money spent and fast and friendly service!

our car was diagnosed as having a transmission issue. Sean tried some ideas to prolong the transmission. It finally was time to put a new transmission in the car. But, with the cost and that the car is older, I was concerned about putting a lot of money into the car. Sean looked it over and said the car was in good shape so we put in the new transmission. It works great and appreciate the efforts of the team.

Wayne's Auto Repair services rates above any other shop in Columbus. They always go above and beyond any need you have. The staff is very professional, knowledgeable, honest and quick to offer help in a timely fashion. I am from a very small town. We have always taken our vehicles to local, family owned shops. I never thought I could find a shop who operated in a honest and professional manner in a big city.

They are excellent at service

As usual, the work on my car was completed within the promised time. There we no unexpected charges.
I have zero complaints.

They have this nasty habit of finding things and fixing everything for cheaper than the original estimate. Most recently, I brought my SUV in for scheduled maintenance with an estimate of $1200. In their thorough analysis, they found extra things that needed to be fixed and gave me a total bill of $850.
Who does this?

Sean took the time to educate me on the process was honest and explained everything that went into completing my service. Reassured me my car was in great hands. Definitely got a great deal. Had my car at Grissmer for an oil change. They noticed a leak in my "front differential". Called Wayne's on an account of their recommendation from the Powell Bubble and good friend Alex. Wayne's took it in diagnosed the issue. Tightened some bolts. Gave me a quote. Hopefully I don't need to go back but if I do, it'll only be here. Great guys working the front and the service techs knew exactly what was going on. Thank you all. A car is super important to us all and the only place I'll bring it back to is Wayne's!
