We had our 2012 Pilot towed to Wayne's because left rear had blown out when turning from the light at 315 & Powell (East to South). Drove it home. AAA towed to Waynes. They informed me that I had crushed the sidewall. Oh well, you don't stop on 315 if you can help it. Anyway, the young lady and I discussed options, She was very knowledgeable & polite. She told me accurately that they could return our Pilot Monday or Tuesday. Bingo, we got it back Monday.
We have used Waynes for 6-7 years. They even replaced the engine in our 2004 Surburban.

The folks at Wayne’s are always very helpful when I have questions about my vehicles. There is so much misinformation on the internet, that I appreciate that the folks at Wayne’s did not do a very expensive service that I actually did not need yet. The services they did perform were done very quickly and reasonably priced.

They were able to squeeze me in on a busy day. They don't jerk you around or overcharge you for work you haven't approved to be done. I've been looking a for a good shop like this for years and I think I've finally found it. Would recommend to anyone!

This will be the second time I have had my vehicle serviced at Waynes. From initial phone call, to picking up my car, everything was smooth and professional. Each person that I interacted with was friendly and professional. They were able to get me in right away, and were able to give an estimate quickly. I went in this visit for breaks and rotors. During the initial assessment they also found another issue with a valve. I am glad they found it, as it would have been a much bigger problem down the road if they had not! They were able to get my car repairs completed in the same day. The pricing is always reasonable, and the workmanship has always been top notch. Will continue to utilize them when my car needs any repairs. Highly recommend!
