OC House of Suspension did my steering rack, struts, tie rods, wheel bearing, and more to refresh the
suspension on my well loved Highlander. Still got some more parts to replace within the next year or two, but she's already driving 10 times better than before rolling into the shop and I'll definitely be coming back. 10/10 service done by knowledgeable professionals. Price was fair and right at what I expected. And work done quicker than I expected.

I have taken it to Fletcher Jones MBZ and Foothill Ranch MBZ
for servicing and repairs and the experience was always frustrating, time consuming, and way too expensive. The vibe was always "they were doing me a favor" by agreeing to work on my 25 year old E 320. NOT THE CASE with Star Motor Werks!
Geoff and his staff also work as a "family" and treat my Benz with that kind of care and concern. Having owned four Mercedes since 1972, STAR MOTOR WERKS has provided me with the very best service ever! I cannot recommend these professionals enough. So, IF your Mercedes is part of your family, give it the same treatment you will get from Geoff and his crew.

always very solid and acceptable. I trust my vehicle to these intelligent mechanics who watch over me so that I can drive confidently. Titan Automotive stands for Honesty, Integrity and Professionalism because this review is being writt
en with a 5 Star rating, not for fixing the problem on my car, but the response by the owner after not being able to correct the problem. After three attempts and several parts being changed out the problem was not resolved. I then received a call from the owner apologizing for their inability to be able to correct it( an electrical issue) and informing me he was returning the entire amount of money that I had spent. This amounted to well over $2,000.00 which included labor and parts. I was not asked to return any of the items installed in my car and the check arrived at my house two days later. I want to state in the past other issues have been resolved regarding my car by them with procession expertise. Needlessly to say I will continue to do business with Titan Automotive in the future and I highly recommend others seek out their services.
