THE VERY BEST!
My 1997 Mercedes E 320 is "family".

I have taken it to Fletcher Jones MBZ and Foothill Ranch MBZ for servicing and repairs and the experience was always frustrating, time consuming, and way too expensive. The vibe was always "they were doing me a favor" by agreeing to work on my 25 year old E 320. NOT THE CASE with Star Motor Werks!

Geoff and his staff also work as a "family" and treat my Benz with that kind of care and concern. Having owned four Mercedes since 1972, STAR MOTOR WERKS has provided me with the very best service ever! I cannot recommend these professionals enough. So, IF your Mercedes is part of your family, give it the same treatment you will get from Geoff and his crew.

Best Mercedes AMG service you can ask for! Chris runs his shop incredibly well and the results speak for themselves! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
The service performed covered everything I had requested and was completed quickly. The communication throughout and accuracy of all the findings was spot on. His prices are very fair and upfront. Nothing hidden. Perfect service, perfect communication - treats customers with utmost respect. Fantastic Service!
Star Motor Werks is the only place in a hundred mile radius of LA and the OC that you should be taking your Mercedes, especially if it’s an AMG. Chris and his crew really know their stuff and always provide impeccable service at a fair price.

Wish I came sooner!
The customer service is top notch and personal. It doesn’t feel like an assembly line, like at FJ service. Chris and crew are very knowledgeable and able to diagnose the issue STAT. I took my car to FJ several times for loss of power and a significant delay when accelerating and Chris made this car run better than it ever has...no joke! My car is still under warranty, however will take it to Chris for everything not covered and for his expertise in diagnostics. He will also make sure the dealer is doing what they say they did...the right way. When my warranty is up next year, this will be my go to for all of my cars needs.

Performance Service & Installation
At Star Motor Werks, you are informed of any mechanical issues with your AMG and or educated regarding any performance modifications you desire. The shop almost has an open-door policy and is clean and well organized. There is an area to sit and lounge and the Owner(Chris Mattox) welcomes customers to relax and "hang out" if they'd like. Dealership detailed oriented without the dealership prices.

They get the job done
I went to Star Motor Works to get my amg worked on and they took care of me. Chris and his team really go out of their way to make sure your in and out in a timely manner. I would highly recommend them If you need any work done to your car!

Fast Service! Knowledgeable Techs! Reasonable Prices!
Star Motorwerks has taken care of my Mercedes CLS for 2 years. The owner Chris is very knowledgeable about every model, and the techs are very thorough. They inspected for any other worn out parts and made sure everything was all buttoned up after servicing my brake fluid. I recommend this shop to all of my friends and family. ?

Heard a weird knocking sound during the long weekend. Shot Chris a text and an accompanying video (that didn’t really help) and was scheduled to come in as soon as MDW was over. Stopped by during my lunch, took a quick drive together, located the issue, and Chris had the car ready to go by the end of my work day. If it wasn’t covid-19 times, I’d give the dude a hug

Reliable & cheap place to get your AMG fixed
I repaired my arm at star motor werks, Chris was very fast in the work and solved the problem very quickly. Really reliable. Price quoted was also reasonable.
