Nick is wonderful. I've been going to him for three years now. As a former dealer service expert, he knows Mercedes very well and I have never had any issues with repairs. He provides straightforward input on what he finds and recommends only what is necessary. He won't uncharge or suggest unnecessary repairs. Nick's is OC's best Mercedes mechanic, for sure!
I needed front and back brake pads and front roters. I called around and Nick had the best price. I was able to wait in comfy chairs in the waiting room and service was fast 1.250 hours …I think it flew by. Thank you so much!
I have been a customer of Nick's for many years. Now I have a new Mercedes still under warranty. Something wasn't right. I wanted to pay Nick to find the problem before going to the dealer because I know the dealer would not be so thorough. Nick found the problem. He recommended an advisor at a local dealer. I went there with Nick's written diagnosis. The dealer fixed the problem - all covered under warranty. I know I would not have had the same experience if I did not go to Nick first. He cares abc he's good!

I had my GLE serviced with Nicks OC Motors twice already for service A & B and they always exceeded my expectations. Aside from honest & quality work, their rates are reasonable and its easy to schedule an appointment.

I got tired of the rip off prices that Mercedes charges. And I’ve owned 5 of them . I found Nick’s about 7 years ago. Straight talker, no BS. I am glad his repairs have been right the first time! I cannot believe how many times that I picked up my Mercedes from the Mercedes dealer. 4 of the 5 dealers suck. Never on time. Not repaired properly. Nick, please don’t change. I like you!
