On Dec. 24 My wife and I were on our way to Newton for Christmas when a car accident on the MassPike
a few miles from Newton left us stranded 325 to 330 miles from home. Since we know no mechanics or repair shops in the area, our son reached out to Pleasant Car and Tire, which agreed to take the car for repair/storage until insurance was worked out, a process that took more than two weeks. During this time, Shawn, whom we have not met personally, maintained contact with us and the insurance adjustor. He was always available to answer our questions and took the time to discuss possible repairs and options while awaiting repair estimates. He was always upfront about the extent of damage and expectations. Thank you to Shawn and the entire crew at Pleasant Car and Tire. We would highly recommend them.

AutoWorks in Stoneham is the best place for servicing all cars!
Just had a tuneup, oil change and new brakes done on my 2011 Subaru at AutoWorks in Stoneham and I co
uldn’t be more pleased or satisfied with the great job done on my car by owner Mike and his crew! My car runs better than a new car thanks to the precise and excellent work done at AutoWorks in maintaining my car in tip top running shape. Mike is fair, honest, courteous and attentive to my car’s needs. I trust him completely ! They have even provided me with a vehicle to use for the day while working on my car if needed. Would recommend them to everybody I know without hesitation. Thanks again Mike for a job well done!
