Wow, be very careful with this shop!
Here are my three experiences with them:
1. Spring 2024: 2011 Audi A4 Avant, replace front suspension components. Reasonable pricing after a bit of haggling.
2. August 14 2024: After a few days back on the road following repairs, the front wheels began to get noisy, slowly, but definitely, and eventually begin to vibrate unmistakably by late July, less than a thousand miles since repair. Front wheel bearings shot. Both left and right, at the same time. Was this a giant coincidence? Did they do something during servicing the front end to trigger the wear? Can't say for sure, but it'd have to be a monumental coincidence for both bearings to go at the same time. They repaired it for about $1,888, somewhere around 3 times market price as I later learned, even when using Audi OEM parts.
3. August 15 2024: I brought my 2018 Tesla Model 3 in for diagnosis and estimate when the front end suddenly got squeaky. They diagnosed it as some mysterious thing that they couldn't show me and that they have recently done for someone else, claiming that there is a massive problem with Model 3's front ends falling apart. They give me an estimate of $8,000 to repair. I took it to Tesla today. They diagnosed problems with the upper control arm ball joints on the passenger side, and replaced them while I waited for $211.75
They are super nice seeming people, in the sort of way that makes you feel bad for suspecting them. But look at the above facts. Look at the reviews, and if you have to go there for some strange reason BE REALLY CAUTIOUS!

Disgusting experience
I drop off my 2017 bmw to pcc for an oil service and a couple hours later I was contact by a service advisor letting me know that I need it brakes and a battery. I was concerned needing brakes since my brakes were done at BMW 8 months prior to this. I took my vehicle back to BMW and i was surprised to fond out with my own eyes at bmw that my brakes were 80% life left in it.

Outstanding customer service.
On Dec. 24 My wife and I were on our way to Newton for Christmas when a car accident on the MassPike a few miles from Newton left us stranded 325 to 330 miles from home. Since we know no mechanics or repair shops in the area, our son reached out to Pleasant Car and Tire, which agreed to take the car for repair/storage until insurance was worked out, a process that took more than two weeks. During this time, Shawn, whom we have not met personally, maintained contact with us and the insurance adjustor. He was always available to answer our questions and took the time to discuss possible repairs and options while awaiting repair estimates. He was always upfront about the extent of damage and expectations. Thank you to Shawn and the entire crew at Pleasant Car and Tire. We would highly recommend them.
I just moved to the area and came by the shop for a sensor light. The guys knew exactly what to do and figured it out within minutes. I look forward to coming back.
Been going to Pleasant Car Care for almost a year now. Always get friendly excellent no nonsense service. Very good at what they do and they don't B.S you with stuff that doesn't need to be fixed like other shops would just to make a buck! They explain things to you in simple language and will even show you the old parts of the stuff they changed/fixed! Nice friendly shop and they don't make you feel like just another number or some random unknown person off the street! I usually deal with Matt, Sean and Charlie when i go and it feels like the would invite you to their house to watch the next Red Sox or Pat's game! Will always go again to their shop for all my car care as i trust them 100% and have never been let down!
I was in for an oil change and got an update on my Honda CRV 2000. I was told about a screw in a tire and the repair was done on the spot. I always feel confident leaving that my car has been carefully inspected and only necessary work is recommended. As I said, great job, as usual.
They understood that I was looking for was a simple check of the car before wife & kids went on a lengthy trip. No trying to upsell me -- simply doing as I asked very thoroughly and professionally.
Charlie and his crew are always polite, courteous, and extremely efficient and competent. They work hard and they work smart. And their prices are reasonable...I can't say enough!
Charlie and his crew are the absolute BEST! Their quality of work is impeccable. They review all systems, make recommendations as needed and above all, NEVER try to 'sell' you on services you don't need (something that can't be said for far too many). Beyond that, their prices are more reasonable than any I have found. I wouldn't consider going anywhere else.
