Never Give UP
We had a very big problem with our electric car. All the other places that we had the car evaluated for a strange noise said it was "normal". Mirak was amazing! Nicolas put up with us as we became upset with how long they had the car but William (bill) was amazing. We had an extremely faulty system and Bill was able to locate the issues. He not only took the car apart but put it back together and we have a "brand new car". They also worked hard with corporate to make sure all the warranties were granted.

We cannot say enough wonderful things about Mirak and are thankful for such competence!!!!

Recalls and a Migraine afterwards
Took my car to Mirak Hyundai since the Saugus and Danvers Hyundai places were rip-offs. Mirak blew both aforementioned Service Departments out of the water for lack clarity, making my car inoperable once at home, radio and clock settings were gone, various dashboard signals came on like a Vegas Strip Club! To be clear, I only had a check engine light on due to recalls. Lights appearing were: battery, oil, power steering (tires, brakes, and steering wheel) another check engine, low tire pressure, etc. Lifeless near my home, my local mechanic came to the rescue. At no cost to me, he towed it to his shop, quickly reset things, and thoroughly checked my vehicle. Prior to be being rescued, my 2 phone calls to he Service Dept. led to 2 options, both entailed the car to be towed to them. The worse suggestion made was the alternator (sp) needed to be replaced. Before I went into overdrive with my dissatisfaction, I told them that "it would be a cold day in hell " before returning to Mirak. Run... very quickly.. before going there

Reliable Service
I am a repeat customer at Mirak Hyundai - the employees are friendly and trustworthy. I have had multiple services done by them at different times and they are always very honest and I trust their advice on my car. Always happy with the customer service and work done. All of the employees I've interacted with have been really nice as well - thank you to Stratto for my most recent experience!

Poor customer service and Poor technical expertise
I'd give negative stars if possible.

We brought our 2015 Hyundai Santa Fe to the service dept for a check engine light and an acceleration issue. The service rep (Nick K.) berated my wife to tears, accusing her of neglecting to getting regular oil changes so that the repairs would not be covered by the original factory warranty or the extended warranty we had already purchased years before. He then demanded written confirmation for all oil changes before proceeding. When asked how far back we needed to provide documentation , he said SINCE PURCHASE (8 years worth!). We provided 3 years worth of regular oil changes before the service manager relented, acknowledging that we had not neglected service, but that he still had to check whether the repairs would be covered by the warranty. When asked how long that would take, the Service manager (John A.) responded that it would take anywhere between 2 days to 2 weeks and would not provide any estimation as to how long the repairs would take. When asked what the error code was and what repairs would be necessary, the service manager just emailed a google search results page, the same one I found myself online. Dubious, I called the warranty department myself on my to discover that my call actually preceded the inquiry from the Service department. More significantly, the warranty department was able to easily and simply tell me that any of the potential repairs would in fact covered by the original warranty.

When confronted with this information,the service manager continued to argue that we had not changed the oil at proper intervals, suggesting that we should change the oil every 3500 miles. when shown the recommended service interval of 7500 miles from Hyundai's own website, he could not reconcile the obviously conflicting information.

After filing complaints and basically forcing the service department to honor the warranty and fix our vehicle, they took THREE WEEKS to complete the repairs and allegedly conduct a multi point comprehensive inspection. When we retook possession of the vehicle, though, it promptly failed the annual safety inspection because the service department failed to notice an inoperative driver side brake light. Moreover the work they did created an oil leak that we detected a couple of weeks later once we notice oil spotting on our driveway that had not occurred before taking our car to Mirak. What's more, the service technician sealed off that area so that the independent mechanic we were forced to take our car to was not able to access the leak.

We are attempting to seek further resolution but have little hope. Ill be filing a BBB complaint to accompany the correspondence to Hyundai's corporate offices domestically and abroad. I will NEVER purchase a car from Mirak or another Hyundai ever again.

2months up front to make an appointment, 3 hours wait time for oil change and the worst is inside the glove compartment got inspection too! I looked at my glove compartment before hanging the car to them, they all messed up inside when I got my car back, my stuffs from left to right…so bad! I always hide my stuffs inside when my hand bag got too full ?advice to everyone when you bring your car there for service.

Poor Customer Service Experience with the Finance Manager at Mirak Hyundai
I recently had an extremely disappointing encounter with the Finance Manager at Mirak Hyundai. As a loyal customer of Mirak Hyundai, I had always expected professional and helpful service. However, my recent experience with the Finance Manager shattered those expectations and left me feeling frustrated and undervalued.

The issues began when I reached out to schedule an appointment to buy out my car. Despite my attempts to contact the Finance Department through emails and phone calls, I received no response. It was incredibly frustrating to be met with complete silence, as I was eager to finalize the purchase and expected timely assistance.

In light of the lack of response, I decided to visit the dealership in person to address the matter directly. I explained my concerns about the Finance Department's unresponsiveness. Instead of displaying empathy or attempting to rectify the situation, the Finance Manager callously responded by saying, "You can go anywhere else if you have complaints." This dismissive and unhelpful attitude was both surprising and disheartening.

What disappointed me the most was the stark contrast in treatment between the initial car purchasing process and the subsequent need for assistance. During the car purchase, the sales team was attentive, prompt, and eager to help. However, the Finance Manager's lack of professionalism and indifference towards customer concerns demonstrated a significant disconnect within the dealership.

As a customer, I expected consistent and respectful treatment throughout my entire experience with Mirak Hyundai. Regrettably, the Finance Manager's actions failed to meet these expectations. The Finance Department's disregard for promptly responding to customer inquiries and the Finance Manager's dismissive behavior towards my concerns conveyed a lack of appreciation for customer loyalty and satisfaction.

In conclusion, my encounter with the Finance Manager at Mirak Hyundai was profoundly disappointing. Their unresponsiveness and dismissive attitude left me feeling disheartened and undervalued as a customer. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend relying on the Finance Department at Mirak Hyundai for satisfactory assistance or support.

They lied to me
Highly I don’t recommended this dealership! They are totally liar. It was too late the day I was going to buy the car. I waited for her as the sales agent was off the next day. Normally i could have bought the car with another sales person but she helped me so i waited for her. When I went to buy the car, I was prepared for all the prices, as I went looking for discounts and promotions online. They presented Hyundai's promotions to me as a blessing, but they were my right. I was not informed about the interest situation, although I asked the day before that it did not combine with the other promotion. When I asked the authorities about this and said you didn't tell me, they didn't know what to say and left with the salesperson. I bought my car from another Hyundai dealer the same day without any problems. they never lied to me. I want to warn Hyundai officials about this, if you want to sell cars when you have such strong competitors, you must have principled and honest dealerships. I bought this vehicle from another dealer because I wanted it. But someone else might not think like me and reconsider their opinion of the brand.

Been going to Mirak since 2014 and never had any problems. We just bought another Hyundai in part because of the consistently great experience at Mirak!
