I was looking for, and answered all of my questions. I asked if they could change my oil now, and he said yes right away. I then requested an estimate for new tires, and he printed out some options, then gave me time to decide what I wanted to do. I told him what I wanted and he did everything I asked for with no added pressure or stress. I am very grateful for his assistance and the fair prices at Trav’s automotive. When I was leaving, I asked Matt to could clear my oil change notifications, and he stopped what he was doing and completed the task with a smile. He then asked if everything looked good, and patiently waited for me to check. It was also a hot day so I appreciated the cool office space where I could sit and wait for them to be done. They also completed the oil change and tire change earlier than expected, showing that they were mindful of my time and worked hard and efficiently.

My car had to be towed in. They were able to fit me in. The starter had to be replaced. I, also, had
issues with something getting clogged in the a/c system. They took it apart. They were not able to find the issue though when they put it back together it fixed the issue and they didn’t charge me for it since he didn’t know if he really fixed it. I appreciate the honesty. I would recommend them for sure.
