I am very happy with the service I recieved from making my appointment to the diagnostic testing and
repair of my vehicle. They were very friendly and upfront on the cost. My check engine light was on and I was not able to pass inspection and I was able to get my car in with in a week. He replaced a fuel sensor and drove it to recalibrate my engine and was able to get all but one recalibrated said to drive it for a day or two and bring it back in before going to dmv to make sure it recalibrated and would pass inspection I thought that was really nice of them so I wouldn't wait at dmv for nothing. Great people & service and they stand behind their work can't ask for anything more than that from a business.

aciously helped and I felt the care and I came back, there were a few problems but they didn’t stop helping until they found the problem and proposed a solution. My only wish is that the pricing was a little more specified. It is at a decent price and not super overpriced but I just barely took my car in because one of the nuts were stuck and I couldn’t loosen it, a job that took a max of 5 mins cost me $182, I greatly appreciate that they got the job done without damaging anything else but a little sad of such a high price, aka paying for an hour when the labor didn’t take that long, if that pricing aspect could be adjusted I would trust Travis automotive for my whole life.
