2019 Toyota Corolla Hatchback
Overall gave the car a 4 star rating. It's very comfortable to drive, great seats and lots of leg room. (I've had a 4Runner and Corolla LE previously and legroom was cramped and I'm only 5'8"). Handles well at all speeds, tight to the road on tight curves. Good pick-up even on inclines. There is road noise, but to be expected on this level of car. It's still more quiet than my Corolla LE. I expected more cargo space from listed measurements, but was disappointed because it's not "usable" space without putting down the back seats. With seats up and trunk cover in place there is barely enough room for 1 large suitcase or regular height grocery bags. If you need space, go for the Rav4. Other than door pockets, all the small enclosed cubbies have been removed. There is glove compartment and small arm console. Lots of tech bells and whistles that are nice. Most can be turned on or off or adjusted for personal preference. Music system is so-so. Speakers aren't well balanced even with manual adjustments. Still need to tinker with them to see if I can get improved sound. Watch for the various software options, some are no charge but some come with a price tag. Love the dash display, lots of info and easy to read. Also the touch display to the right of driver seat. Feels, functions and looks like a tablet. Very user friendly. Overall enjoying the car, still getting used to the bells and whistles. FYI, once you buy your car you will get a barrage of emails from Toyota for starting up various services, training videos, and even setting up your 1st appointment for 6 months down the road. We averaged 4-5 emails per day the first week alone! Hope this helps your car searches.
