The front seats are uncomfortable. Had to buy seat cushions to avoid the discomfort. Car is difficult to get in and out of without hitting your head. Outside visibility is limited due to the car's low profile. Other than these few issues, the car drives very well & gets good mileage with ample power for a hybrid.

The Avalon is very comfortable with plenty of power. Great gas mileage is part of the equation, along with good climate control, navigation and sound system. The only negative aspect is the small trunk

Extremely comfortable ride and handling. A bit underpowered, but gets 39 combined MPG. After having a sport SUV, the Avalon feels low to the ground.

2016 Toyota Avalon hybrid opinion
For the most part I enjoy my car. I had a Avalon previously for 17 years and loved it. One concern I have now is that it doesn't maintain a steady speed when I use the cruise control. And the only other thing I'm disappointed in this Toyota has the most uncomfortable seats I have ever had. I have had nothing but all kinds of back trouble since the day I bought it but otherwise I like the car

I have driven 52000 miles driving for UBER and LYFT. Vehicle is comfortable, quiet, gets 43/44 mpg average in summertime.

Love the mileage. Love the mirrors. Love the radar....my car cruises and then slows down all by itself.... Love the cooling and heating seats...amazing! Backup camera and beepers are wonderful....
The interior is great.....not so in love with the exterior color......have always had red and this year not a good color red.....It has a nice body look, but the color is really bland....you need to come out with a true red....that would be the best!
