Piece of Junk
Had Mercedes for a long time and were quality in design and build. Back in 2003 I was looking at the new models while having my car serviced at Bob Neill in Winston. The technician servicing my car saw me walking back from the showroom. Asked if I was looking to buy a car and suggested I was. He offered to buy my car. His advise, however, was not to consider a new one as the quality had hit bottom. Was he ever right I wrote 3 letters to 2 CEOs at MBA. Got rid of that car shortly after the warranty ran out. My wife really wanted the 2013 SLK and no matter how I tried to tell her it was not a wise idea, she insisted. The folk in W-S know what I mean when I call them and let them know I have another MBQ issue (Mercedes Benz Quality). The suspension is so poorly designed that she can get only 10,000 miles on a set of rear tires. PURE JUNK
