Great Customer Service and Technical Expertise
They have now worked on my MB 450GLS and Chevrolet Suburban. Lester is very professional and technically knowledgeable. we have found that their service is prompt, thorough, using OEM or quality tested parts and provide a one year warranty.

Amazing service in a crunch
I have a C300 AMG 4matic and as I was coming into Miami from Orlando my tensioner and belt broke flew off and scattered belt debris all over the engine. Luckily I was close to where I was staying and made it on half power. I called the MB Dealer in CG and they couldn't give me an estimated time to finish the repair. My gut told me to find a locally owned business and thank God I found Miami Benz. I explained my situation to the manager Ruben and with great confidence he said bring it in (on a Friday, closed Saturday) and he was sure they could get my car repaired and back on the road. Not only did I save time and money but got my car back the same day. They went above the call of duty to check the brakes and they even felt polished or in better condition and that was beyond the service that was agreed upon as well as fixing the air pressure sensor on my tire. The car was absolutely dirty from a foggy trip down and the staff even washed and detailed my vehicle. I couldn't be more happy honestly. 6 stars and if I move to Miami in the summer, this will be the place for all my Mercedes service. Thank you Ruben and company. I am very grateful and blessed to find you.

Excellent turnaround
This is a very professionally run mechanic. I requested a reservation online, got a call the next business day confirming my appointment. Dropped car off, within a few hours got a call with diagnostics and estimate. Service was completed on schedule. Washed and ready to go.
