Perfect size

My suv is the perfect size for every day use and traveling. The ride is comfortably. Gets good gas mileage and easy to maneuver through traffic. No regrets on my purchase and looking forward to my next Benz.

Nothing like the older Mercedes

Can't compare the what the Mercedes used to be I know it's a cheaper model vinyl seats that tear right away, the paint jobs are nothing like the Mercedes used to be one little chip and it shows. Only had this car for a year I'll let you know in the next year what the maintenance is on this it's a great ride I like everything else about it it's just a lot cheaper made.

Safe reliable, fun to drive.

My husband researched numerous vehicles prior to purchasing this vehicle. He wanted to be sure I would have a reliable car upon his passing. This Mercedes is beautiful, a pleasure to drive, and economical. I miss my husband, and I thank him every day for choosing this car for me.

I was always wondering why I had electrical problems their 7th birthday (this is my 4th Benz) & the mechanic at great kills service station finally enlightened me to the fact that the windows leak over time & it creates water in the truck causing the damage duuh why didn’t Mercedes tell me that????

2011 GLK 320

Excellent performance by this car. My only complaint is the 22mpg using 93 octane. The light bulbs are a pain to replace. The exterior paint is showroom condition and the interior is classy. I consider this one of the best of the 7 MB's that I have owned.

Pleasure to drive

Enjoy safe comfortable driving. Vehicle is responsive in every way. Good gas mileage. Some difficulty in programming settings with directions in the book. Numerous safety features, enjoy the solid sound of "just closing the door". Great car.

Shallow engine

For a six cylinder car it's flimsy in comparison to my other c300. C300 is far superior and is a six cylinder vehicle. My c300 is a 2008 car but runs without any problems. I test drove the 2016 c300 and that felt like a toyota

Customer Service and Repair Services

I have always received wonderful service and not often can you truly say you have no complaints. The customer service lady has the ability to put you at ease knowing you are calling with a problem. The guy in the back are extremely knowable and go up ad above to address your problem and work with you to solve the problem. I am very please with my Benz, it's road service, comfort, appearance, it's Safety. I love my car and it loves me back.
