Cluster issues

My car has been in the shop since August. My control panel is blank. I have been waiting for a part they now told us end of October. This is not acceptable. I just got the car in April.

Loved your sales person, love my car except I have left several messages at the dealership, one specifically for the sales person. I wear hearing aids. In my old cars if I made a phone call in the car the sound would exit the car stereo speakers and after hanging up it would still send sound out of my car speakers. With the Tucson it switches to my hearing aids and once I hang up it stays on my hearing aids until I hit the "EAR" Icon on my phone and then I can switch it back to the car speakers??????? Any ideas. The folks at the dealership said they would look into it but they never called me back

Very nice

I am happy I bought this Tucson. A deer totaled my corolla cross hybrid and I replaced it with a base model Tucson. This base model handles better and includes almost all the same features as the top of the line corolla cross. It has so much more room and is so much more comfortable. I test drove a rav 4 and I couldn't justify the price. This Tucson has been great so far.

Rockwood green Hyundai Tucson

Follow up from staff after purchase. I’d like to see more visual and verbal presentation regarding the vehicles accessories. I wasn’t impressed with the finance man Dave he rushed through the paperwork, and I didn’t realize my signature was on other documents. The Tucson is comfortable and has a smooth ride. But I’m a Senior and feel baffled regarding all the function of the vehicle. Actually an orientation introducing the vehicle would have been helpful. Also, it was mentioned that there was a car was available, but NO DETAILS. ALSO, I asked if they could put washer fluid in since mine is low and was told no we don’t supply that. Really. I just spent 35,000.00 and windshield washer fluid can’t be supplied. I’m seventy three years young and a little help would be appreciated. Even jiffy luxe tops off windshield wiper fluid. I’d like to see more customer appreciation, which makes me hesitant to refer this dealership. I don’t feel I know enough about the vehicle to issue a fair rating .

2026 Tucson SEL review

From standing start acceleration seems jerky and sluggish. Dash screen is rather busy. The auto shut off at traffic lights; although, well intended is bothersome. In my opinion it should be turn on if you want it rather than turn off. The cruise control auto braking distance between vehicle ahead of you doesn't appear to take into account the vehicle speeding up behind you. Sometimes it's safer to maneuver at speed to change lanes. The center console is uncomfortable as an arm rest. The blind spot warning is a great feature. However mirrors would be better if a small convex mirror were installed. As is, the blind spot hides a very large pickup truck. Infotainment system is OK. The entry/exit assist handles would be much easier to use if set on the forward slanted vertical rather the the current horizonal location. The open road ride is smooth. Headlights are good. Rear seat check warning is good. Seats are fairly comfortable. Nice that they are heated. Fuel capacity could be better. Weighing pros and cons places the vehicle as average in my opinion. We'll be keeping it for awhile.

Everything seemed great but within 4 months, one day I went to drive the car and it was chugging, stalling and stopping as if there was moisture in the gas line. I was nearly in 2 accidents before I could get it home, a few blocks away. I had it towed to the dealership where they told me there was nothing wrong with it. Unbelievable. I like the car, don't like the feature where you need to press the button in order for it not to do the annoying engine restart at stop lights. Really irritating.

Old driver has a new experience

I like my new car and all its digital potential, but it still needs further refinement. There is a lot more good than bad here, but I find the digital screen requires in-depth scrutiny because the icons and feedback use too small a font size, as well as low-light visibility. This is distracting. This is also true for some parts of the dash near the steering column. I also notice confusing inconsistencies when changing from Media to Map or vice versa. The media screen has a mind of its own. While doing highway driving and on some medium-sized roads, it produces inappropriate tugging on the steering wheel. I understand this is a plus when needed, but again it is distracting. I love the side view mirror warning lights for blind spot feedback. For an old-timer, there is a big learning curve but I expect to get there.

Low low miles

We have had our car 4 months no problems. Really like it. Going on a longer road trip next few weeks. Will know more then . Only has 1700 miles on it so far.
