Good Vehicle

Love my new car but I wish I had requested some extra features. I would have loved to have a auto back hack open. Wish pricing was better so I could afford some extra features I wanted. But a retired widow can afford the cost.

Great vehicle for the price

It’s a little smaller than the Honda CRV that I had but it’s a great little suv. It’s comfortable, economical, great tech features. I just love it.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE @ Ralph Sellers Hyundai, Gonzales, LA

My Tucson is a perfect midsize SUV; but has problems with a HVAC hose leaking water on the front passenger floor mat. Their customer service department also has terrible communication problems. I’ve had my car 4 months and have brought it to be repaired 4 times. It has been sitting in the shop since April 13, 2026 until this day, May 15, that’s 33 Days! How sad is it that they cannot seem to fix a new car! I’ve filed a complaint with Hyundai Corporation and awaiting a Lemon Law Ruling.😡

So far, very good

The car rides beautifully and has all the safety features you could want. Gas mileage, both in-city and on the highway, has been very good. The car is nicely designed and the technology works very well.

Hate all this safety feature I can’t figure how to turn off

Hate all these feature I can’t turn off , it should be my choice if I want to drive 5 feet from the car in front of me and quit telling me I need to take a break

Love my Tuscon. Great handling and ample storage space.

The safety features are the best in its class along with comfort, style and convenience. Only drawback is where the signal lights are located in the rear, far too low.. I think they should have been incorporated in the same location as the brake lights.

I love the car. I did have an issue today with it not want shift gears so it wasn’t speeding up but after I shut it off and turned it back on it was okay and the windshield wipers are so low it’s hard to actually lift them up without scratching the paint

Great vehicle for single mom with a kid

I jokingly call this my soccer mom mobile. We are always driving to tournaments all over, sitting on the field and on the go. It’s super comfortable for long drives, lots of luggage, chairs, etc. It’s great! The only thing that was tough is all the alerts and the emergency stop thing when it thinks you’re going to crash. It did that once when I was slowing down and the back end felt like it starter to shift left.

The headrest does not adjust, the hatch open when i wash the car or clean the back window. The rear view camera has a long delay.

I guess you could say I’m a minimalist! I don’t need the extra bells and whistles.. This car is enough for me. The one thing I wish it did was close in its own in the back lol but it’s been a gem owning my Hyndai.

Wouldn't recommend

The safety breaking (while driving) is going to cause a bad wreck. While driving, it's extremely sensitive and will randomly slam on the breaks. It's going to end up killing someone. The auto stop is inconvenient.
