Overall very good vehicle

Have had this vehicle for about 3 months now and like it very much. Previously owned 2 different Santa Fe vehicles, but didn't like the new 2025 Santa Fe so we went with the Tucson and have not been disappointed.

Very pleased with the way the Tucson preforms

Comfortable seating, good safety features. The style of the vehicle is very stylish. Dashboard panel user friendly and easy to navigate. Back- up camera has a clearer picture then my last Tucson. I wish this car had a front end camera.

Great SUV

I love this car. Very roomy and comfortable with great features.it rides smoothly and is a good value. I love the screen and the features with the app. I previously owned two Sonatas and love the reliability of the Hyundai brand.

2025 Tucson Hybrid provides a quiet, comfortable and safe ride.

The 2025 Tucson Hybrid delivers on it's promises of a quiet, comfortable, smooth ride. It has plenty of power for merging onto highway traffic. The sound system provides concert hall acoustics. It provides all the latest safety features. I love the intelligent cruise control. I am 75 and had not bought a new car in 23 years. I replaced my reliable 2002 Toyota Highlander because I needed the new safety features to protect me from my diminished abilities regarding road awareness. I wanted a car the same size, with a quiet interior and the Tucson gave me those features. I now enjoy traveling long distances because of the comfort this vehicle provides. It has plenty of trunk space for hauling furniture, topsoil, groceries etc.

2025 Tucson Limited

My review is great for the car except for one item. You cannot wear sunglasses and use the cruise control at the same time. The cruise control will disengage because the infrared safety system cannot see your eyes/face if you are wearing sunglasses. I am very unhappy with this, something needs to be done to fix this!

Lots of tech!

Lots of technology in the car. Tons of options you won't find on cars in this price range. The build quality of the car seems to less the other brands. The performance seems to be bit on the low side.

We love our Tucson

We are delighted with our Tuscon in all aspects. We are not, however, delighted with being required to write a lengthy review in order to submit your requested survey. We love the vehicle. You asked us to rate the vehicle and brand, and we are happy to do so. Requiring a minimum of 200 words to go along with your survey is a bit redundant.

Great ride, great mileage

The 2025 Tucson Hybrid is a great car, especially if you’re interested in a safe, reliable hybrid without the cost and hassle of adding a plug-in station to your home. Since we got the car five months ago, I’ve gotten 50-65 mpg around town, and I can’t believe how long I’m going between fill-ups. The ride is smooth, and the driver assistance features work seamlessly.

Lane Centering Needs Work

Happy with our Tucson with one exception. The feature that keeps the vehicle centered in the lane needs work. I constantly feel it bouncing from left to right in the lane and vice versa. That feature in our 2022 Tucson Hybrid Limited was perfect - I never felt it, it was wonderful. This car bounces back and forth and also tends to hug the left side. Please fix this with an OTA software update as soon as possible. Then the car will get 5 stars.

Great past service service from Hyundai cars

Brought this car after driving a 2011 Hyundai Santa Fe I bought new in 2011for 14 years. We had outstanding service from it. From the reviews we have read about the new Tucson I think this car will be a good replacement for us. My two daughters, a son in law. grandson and granddaughter also drive Hyundais

Love my Tucson

The Tucson has lots of room for the smaller size of SUV. I love the screen and how it curves to the drivers side. It is easy to see and navigate. The only thing I don’t care for is the adaptive cruise. I wish there was a way to turn it off it takes to long to get back up to speed when you do go out around a car. Even with that annoying me I love my car and would recommend to anyone!

My Tucson is Great!

Love the features

Affordable, fully loaded SUV with good warranty. Hyundai is my favorite brand. They should make a Tucson with a third row so the price point remains the same. Love the blue color. Happy they did away with the beeping reverse noise.

This car is comfortable. It is rockwood green. Sometimes looks dark gray. I don't like we had to buy a special cord for charging and it doesnot charge flip phones in slot. It has to be a perfectly flat phone.

Leased 5 different Hyundai or Genesis autos in the last 10 years

Overall, Hyundai-Genesis Autos rate high with me in most all categories. My latest lease a Tuson Limited has been my least favorite. I find it to be a little smaller and not as comfortable as my previously leased models.

Great vehicle except one frustrating issue.

My previous vehicle (Hyundai Santa Fe Sport 2013) was a fantastic reliable vehicle for 12 years. Traded it in for the Tucson and am enjoying the new ride except for one issue. To lock the doors on the Santa Fe Sport one touch with key in pocket...boom...locked. Not so with this new Tucson...have to take key from pock old fashion way to lock. Took it to dealer and Jenkins Hyundai and they said it's working normally...not so! I know the difference after all these years. BTW I'm a retired trainer for BMW dealer technicians...ASE Master Certified tech.

there have been glitches with the car.

I have had a problem with the app that no one could solve. I now have a warning light on my car that is a glitch. You should not have these problems on a new car that cost $40,000. I can not recommend this car.

There is an electrical problem that keeps happening!!

Many different things have happened and I’ve been in to service and had it documented. The cruise control works sometimes and not other times. A lot of times you can’t lock it by hitting the door handle. Many other things are happening.

Tucson Hybrid great with a few exceptions

Tucson Hybrid working well. Using little gas, mostly running on electric. Remote start has failed to start vehicle a few times. Don't like the driver's seat adjusting when door is closed. When I have a cross body purse and bags in my hands I get pushed against the steering wheel.

Wonderful ride. Plenty of legroom. Less gas mileage than expected. Less inside storage space than would be expected. Don't like features such as cruise control shutting off when wearing polarized sunglasses, or not being able to display Android Auto maps and Sirius XM at the same time. Climate settings are not retained when turning car off. For example, if heated seats are turned on while driving, then you stop car and turn off ignition, say for example when running a quick errand, then start car again, you must turn heated seats back on. This is very annoying on a cold day!
