It's Hyun-dai in the sun!

This is by far the best car I've owned. I've had my last car for 20 years and I am amazed by all the modern features inside and out! I am still comparing other cars and Hyundai's Santa Fe still looks the best. I am looking forward to what the new Palisade and Ioniq 9 will offer when it hits the states!

Design is practical and beautiful. Engineering....ehhhh

The interior is impeccable. Love the captain chairs in the back and the extra power outlet in the far rear. Also the back door of the car, the width is huge! I took away a star because of the handling. You feel every bump, pothole, anything in this car. We had a sonata before this and it was a smoother ride than this santa fe. Also other SUVs handle way better and smoother. For getting a top of the line, hybrid calligraphy, they should've upgraded things under the hood.

Solid and reliable, confusing electronics and owner’s manuals

Overall good solid vehicle, lots of clever features but documentation obviously translated to english is often very confusing. Selling dealer almost useless for tech support, never buy or service there again.

amazing vehicle

I love my Santa Fe hybrid have been getting over 40mpg. I love the way it drives and the smoothness of going from gas to electric it so quiet that you don't even realize that is switched. My only complaint is when you are using cruse control and have sunglasses on it doesn't think you are paying attention to the road and will turn off the cruise control. I have been spoken to the dealership and they is not a way to change it. So now Ihave to buy special sunglasses so I can use the cruise control.

A great ride.

Better than my 2024 Tucson, and hopefully not as good as my next Hyundai. Have had my Santa Fe only 3 months, so answers to some questions such as reliability are speculative. Over all, I'm very pleased with my purchase.

Brand new but great experience so far.

We bought in March, we have 3 kids under 5 and we needed a third row that wasn’t 60k +. My wife loved the design and the drive so we decided to get one. Our kids have lots of room in the 2nd and 3rd rows, we love the vehicle and had a great experience with the dealership, Shottenkirk Hyundai in Granbury, TX.

Loved my 2021, now I love this one even better

The trailer tow capacity was key in my decision. I looked at the Santa Cruz but it just didn’t excite me, maybe because it was black. I have become fond of the style and receive compliments on it. The car was nicely designed

Nice, but...

Overall it's a wonderful vehicle; my 2nd Santa Fe. Seating is comfortable, electronics are cool and useful, vision unobstructed. The engine bay is spacious and the customer replaceable components like the battery, fuses and fluids are easily accessible. But, there are small issues. A couple of trim pieces are not properly aligned; one was actually not seated and came loose in the car wash (touchless). The paint has a couple of scratches in odd places, and I've only had the car since February. The wiper blades look to be a pia to change, front and rear. The storage console is awkward to get into from the front seat. The glove boxes and the storage console are extraordinarily tiny

Mostly great some negatives

Well designed. Feels very luxurious. Well designed interior and exterior. Wished there was a mini owners manual that was trim level specific. Handles well enough with sufficient power. Included running boards are an unnecessary expense. Heating system was somewhat lacking in frigid weather. Someone needs to design a rear safety camera that will work with a bike rack or small cargo tray attached. Overall very pleased with the hybrid Sante Fe.

My Santa Fe is smooth driving and comfortable. The kids love the seat comfort. It took some getting used to the great change being on the steering column, but now it’s easy. I still haven’t got all the features figured out but I’m learning.

Great ride and as useful as a suv can be.

Have the xrt trim level and take it on dirt and gravel trails to my shooting ranges about once week. Rides great and comfortable. Really nice on the interstate also although the offroad tires. Make a little more noise than a touring tire. I would buy again.

Great car for a good price.

We love our 2025 Santa Fe Hybrid. Drives great and gets amazing gas mileage. Plenty of room as well. The only concern we have is with the "Consider Taking A Break" feature that can no longer be turned off. It is very annoying and really not sure what keeps triggering it. Other than that, we are very pleased with it.

My new Santa Fe

Enjoying the new Santa Fe. Especially like the interior. The boxy style is growing on me. This is my fifth Hyundai. Left Acura after twenty years and have been a Hyundai owner ever since. Reubin Nesbit is my salesman and I highly recommend him

My 2025 Hyundai Santa Fe

Before I drove 100 miles - my Santa Fe was towed to dealership and after 3 weeks - the transmission replaced. Had to take vehicle back after that due to noises caused be something not being tightened like it should have been. Now a recall to reinstall bluelink but I have not taken it back yet.

Love the vehicle, basically unusable outside of town driving.

Cruise control kicks off every time I wear my prescription or sun glasses or even a hat due to “not paying attention”. I would give 9 across the board if this was fixed. We bought this car as a family car to travel to kids games and events and I dread taking it anywhere because it basically has no cruise control with the eye tracking that is on it. I do understand the safety part of this, but it is literally unsafe that I can’t wear my glasses to try to use cruise control. I submitted a Help ticket to Hyundai months ago and never heard anything back about it.

Best SUV on the market

The 2025 Sante Fe is a marvelous vehicle. It matches the luxury offered by cars selling for significantly more. Styling, both interior and exterior is superb. I have the Calligraphy trim level which provides both the driver and passenger(s) extremely comfort as well as all of the necessary options and information to make every excursion the best possible experience.

Mislead and Service Stinks

I feel like I was mislead by the finance person and paid more than agreed upon. I was supposed to pay $53,105.99, he said when I get my first statement just pay off the $53,105.99 he failed to mention all the daily interest that was going to be added on per day, because it did not sit will with me I logged on saw that interest was being applied everyday and now I was up to $53,307.34. Now I have paid $201.35 more than planned.

I love this car - smooth ride and great technology throughout

The style and design of this car are fantastic. Very smooth and quiet inside. There's so much technology that it really takes a while to figure it all out, but it is amazing what is included. There are, of course, a few things I wish it had (e.g., driver profiles for seat and mirror adjustments, passenger side electric seat adjustment, electric fold-in side mirrors, and door panel guards, garage door opener button), but overall this car is well designed and enjoyable to drive.

It can be better

I bought my vehicle new. Overall the vehicle is okay. It has a smooth ride and lots of extras. The downside is poor gas mileage in town. No cargo space with the third seat up and made with poor material. The vehicle itself was made poorly. I had to take it back three months later due to both running boards coming loose. The windshield is thin. I have two rock cracks already. The seat belts could have been made longer, I had to purchase extenders. Not to mention. When the dealership replaced the running boards the scratched and put a dent in the driver’s door. I’m still waiting on someone to tell me how this will be fixed. Hopefully they don’t blame me.
