Good car

Other than the extremely loud beeping when you’re trying to pull into a parking space or backing out of your garage. I understand some people might not be able to hear that tone but others do loudly. Is there a setting to make it a little quieter for those of us to have good hearing? Otherwise it’s a great car.

2025 Santa Fe

So far I like the overall vehicle and brand. I am however disappointed with the poor fuel economy and the lack of headlight brightness when not on high beams. The calligraphy trim level does seem to be priced higher than other comparable models.

2025 Santa Fe Calligraphy

So far so good with the car, it only has 3,000 miles. I had a minor incident where I bumped a curb with the car. While it wasn’t a hard collision it still resulted in ruining the tire. As if that isn’t bad enough, the tires are very expensive. And yes it was my fault just seems the Pirelli Scorpion tires might not be very durable. Thank goodness i did have tire insuranace that covered it. When I picked the car up the plastic trim piece on the passenger door had a scratch that was deep and very noticble the salesman said not to worry he would order a new one and to replace it. It took the dealer 4 months to get the part, They said it was on back order repeatly when I asked but I found it was not so when I finally questioned them about it and told them I checked with another dealer and it was not they got the part in quickly but when it came in it was the wrong peice and had to reorder again when the correct part did come in they told me I had to pay for the labor to install the part ? Why would I have to pay, never did get an answer as to why so I took the part with me and I will never do any bussiness with this dealer or Hyundia for that matter buy a car that was over $50,000 and make me pay to make it right now way just lost a customer that has bought 2 new Hyundia's and a new Kia in the last 3 years over something so stupid I think Hyundia corp needs to look at the managment of this dealer I have complained with deaf ears.

I love my 2025 Santa Fe Calligraphy

I think the 2025 Calligraphy should have moonroofs and be talk-to-text capable. I had both in my 2022 Santa Fe and it wasn't a Calligraphy. I was able to answer a text message while driving by speaking and it would type what I was saying and and ask if I wanted to send it. That was an amazing feature and all 2025 models should have it.

Of course it’s awesome but…

Of course it’s awesome, everything about this vehicle is high-end and high-tech. Feels like you’re in the lap of luxury. But that just makes a few things that stand out that you don’t like even more obvious! My biggest pet peeve is that my safe driving alert keeps going on because the camera can’t see my eyes with my sunglasses on! That’s just ridiculous. No way to turn it off.

Had to replace the water pump within the first month due to defect. Other than that and a bit of wind noise through driver's door I am loving my new Santa Fe. This is my first Hyundai vehicle. So far so good.

Love it,inbound change a few things

I'm very happy with the vehicle,never thought I'd like a hyundai, the wheel coating to prevent stone chips is a great idea, i would like the seat to adjust more, the control panel can be confusing and not always adapt to my phone

Previous models are better, too noise inside from the outside noise and rougher ride also, price jump too high too close the model up and the difference is a lot compared to next model, the extra seat row for the price difference not worth it

Great vehicle

Overall a great car. I really enjoy driving it. It’s great on gas and is very comfortable. I love the calligraphy trim and the features you get for the price. I also love the keyless feature where you just use your phone for the car key.

not quite the car I expected regret giving up my palisade for it

The interior is as nice as my Genesis were. Sadly the faulty drivers seat (5000 miles to get it remedied) hasn't helped. Compared to the Palisade it sounds and feels tinny which I found surprising. easy to driver and generally comfortable but I wouldn't buy a second one.

Steering wheel issues

I was delivered my car with a defect on the steering wheel and the dealer ship refused to fix it. I feel this is totally unfair and a it should be fixed. Not sure if this was delivered to the dealership like this or it happened at the dealership.

Rattling on passenger side for 4 months

Rattling to the passenger side. Took it to the dealer and they were rude, did not look at it told my husband and I 6 hours later to bring it back on a better day for them. My appointment was so and they knew in advance of the problem

Nice smooth ride all the time. Not at all happy with music breaking up

I would surely encourage any family or friends to purchase this particular model of a Hyundai. After coming out of an escalade for years, this is the closest I could get to the ride or better than if I had bought another Cadillac.

Good car

It is very good car. It is value for money only with hybrid model. Gas only model fuel economy is not good but not too bad. Hyundai service center needs improvement, most of the time service center showing disability to fix problems and to hide there disability they are over price the service or parts repo to compile customer to refuse.

Love the Santa Fe

The Santa Fe gave us the extra room we need to go on trips and I did not have to list to kids complain. Love the feature setup and it gets good mileage. Seats was comfortable, and price was in our budget.

10-Year 100,000-mile Warranty, America's Best? Yeah Right! Cause it needs it, too bad they don't honor it!

This nightmare started when we got a 2024 Santa Fe Calligraphy AWD. I was out of the country for work and had a Santa Fe for a couple of weeks as a rental. I liked the way it looked, and I enjoyed driving it. I took pictures of it and sent them to my wife, and she liked it so much that we went to check it out and test-drive it when I came home. We decided to trade in my wife's 2023 Ford Expedition King Ranch Max with 8k miles on it since she did not drive it much because it is a big SUV, and since the Santa Fe is much smaller she liked it. Again, she doesn't drive it much because she has a 2019 F150 as her daily. One day she wanted to take the Santa Fe to work but the "Transmission System error, Check transmission oil immediately!" warning came on the dash, the car only had 1230 miles on it, took it to the dealership and after they checked it they said they could not find anything nor duplicate the error and to take it back and come back if it happens again. Two weeks later when my wife wanted to take it to work the warning came back on again, this time I took it to a closer dealership since I didn't want to drive it with the warning light on, since it shifted very late and hard. The second dealership checked it and told me that there was little to no oil in the transmission, and told me there might be a leak. Again it only had 1230 miles. I told them there was no oil leak since there was nothing in our garage floor, and then they said that if that's the case it might have been shipped without oil from the factory.... Are you kidding me? So after they filled it with oil, I took it back and called the original dealership to ask them how they couldn't see that there was no oil and if they even bothered checking it, they got their service manager involved and they told me that the code it had was for a faulty transmission module and that pretty much it needs a new transmission, I called Hyundai and at first, they asked me if I want them to buy it back or do I want a replacement. Since it was my wife's car I wanted to ask her first, and after she said she didn't feel comfortable driving it I called back Hyundai, but this time they said they couldn't do anything. I asked them since it already had a code saying it had a bad module would they at least replace the transmission, Hyundai said that since the code was cleared they wouldn't do it until the code came back. Well, I am in talks with a Lemon Law attorney now to get this issue solved since they wouldn't honor their so-called 10-year 100,000-mile warranty at 1230 miles. I should have never bought a Hyundai and I can't believe I was about to buy an Elantra N..... I will never recommend a Hyundai to anyone and will always share my BS experience with Hyundai. It's sad because I am Korean American and I was proud of how much progress Hyundai made, but I guess it was only skin deep.

I Love My Sante Fe

I have a 2025 but became obsessed when the 2024 version came out. I love the boxy look. I test drove one last year and immediately fell in love. The long screen, all the room, compartments, plus it’s a great choice for any soccer mom who doesn’t want to drive a mini van. I love my new suv.

Great All-around Vehicle

I love the redesign, and it's packed with one of the best tech/amenity packages I've ever seen at this price point. Very fun and comfortable inside. The only downgrade for me was the cargo space from my previous Toyota Highlander. The Santa Fe is 6 inches shorter in the body, and you lose that rear space, but passenger compartment is plenty comfortable. Engine performance would be my only criticism. I would like more zip and go in the lower gears, but otherwise it drives well and responds fine. The interior is well thought out with lots of storage. The movement of the gear shift to the steering column, has greatly helped the interior ergonomics of the car, and the placement of things like a dual cellphone charging station.
