Bluelink Disappointing

I love my Santa Fe except for Bluelink. It hasn't worked since about 3 months after purchase. The onus is on me to fix it via software download. I was told I couldn't be in my driveway and to drive a mile from my house to download. Why?? I was sent a link to download to a USB to then plug that in my car. The download is too big for my USB. Not making another purchase to do Hyundai's job.

THE CAR IS FINE.

The My Hyundai Website needs help!! I had my first (8000 mile) Complimentary Service done at 7929 miles on 12/10/2024. The MyHyundai Website is telling me I had service at 5000 miles which is wrong and in RED LETTERS, "Maintenance Required" at 8000 miles (A BIG RED CHECKMARK IS ON THE SIDE OF THE PICTURE OF MY CAR)!! i'm SERIOUS about taking care of my car and I'm following the requirements of set by your company. Is this a Germaine problem, a Hyundai problem or a Blue Link problem? Who knows??

Had just over one year very pleased .

Have no problems, miss some of the extra features I had on nissan rogue sv. Overall super vehicle. Grandson and granddaughter both have Sat fe and love it. Good gas mileage. May well be my last vehicle at age 79.

Love my Santa Fe

My 2023 Santa Fe Calligraphy is my favorite car I've ever owned. When I went to purchase a new car, I drove almost every other make of car in its class and I kept coming back to it. It offered everything I was looking for and more, with quality, style, and a price in my price range. I'm very proud of my Santa Fe and still get a thrill every time I drive it!

2023 Sante Fe

The Sante Fe is a nice vehicle. This is my second one. Drives easily and comfortable. Has a lot of safety equipment which is one reason I purchased again. I did have to have two transmissions installed due to transmission failure in this 2023 Sante Fe. I was without the vehicle for three months due to repairs in 2024. I have no idea why these transmissions failed (2 transmissions in 3 months).

I love my Santa Fe

Overall great vehicle. It has a nice ride. It handles great. It is comfortable and stylish. The gas mileage is decent. I love the sound system. I don't like some of the safety features, that don't allow me to control my vehicle. Too bad you guys boxed out the new Santa Fe, it is really ugly. Now I have to find a different car when I buy a new one.

A Good Vehicle

I have owned five Santa Fes over the past years and they have served me well. This model was good but a little smaller than others had been. I had it for a little over a year and then traded up to a Palisade.

Love the style.and smart features

I have had the horn replaced 3 times. I bout the car brand new. A few months after having it the horn went out. I have had the car almost three years. I am still having problems out of the horn. It is annoying.

Hyundai Santa Fe calligraphy is loaded except for heated mirrors.

This is the first car I have purchased for me as I have always had a company vehicle. I wanted a BMW, but they are expensive to service and run on premium gasoline. I looked at the Toyota Rav 4, while the engine maybe dependable, the extras in the vehicle are lacking especially the comfort. I really like the Hyundai. Is it build with the surround cameras and lane assist-yes it is. I am currently driving a Palisade Comfort as a rental car until my Volvo XC60 company car is available, and I have to say it is nice, but built cheaply. It is a 2023, and plastic pieces are popping off on the outside and some other things that make me think, should I sell my Santa Fe. Until I drove the Palisade, I wouldn’t have considered getting rid of my Santa Fe, because the new Boxy style is not attractive to me. They say it is close to a Range Rover-and I say not true, I drove the defender as my rental that uses premium gasoline and got 14 miles a gallon and was nice, but still not that comfortable. I wouldn’t buy a Tesla, but did ride in ine(Uber) and it was the quietest and smoothest riding car I have ever ridden in. Maybe if they were hybrid. My husband drives a Tacoma and before that a Jeep Wrangler, and a GMC Yukon Denali. And my company cars have mainly been ford Escapes and they are a hard no to buy. Would I buy a Hyundai again? Yes, maybe. You get a ton of luxury features that don’t cost a ton more and they are reasonably priced. Their resale is not great, so buy it to drive it forever. I hear the electric is nice, but the hybrid versions don’t really offer much mileage additions for the added cost. What would I like more from the vehicle? Better color choices like the beautiful grays and greens. Hyundai doesn’t change colors often and the choices are not great. Heated mirrors. I wouldn’t buy also like it to parallel park hands free. I wouldn’t buy like them to place the usb ports where drinks don’t spill on them and fry them. But I love that if I someone gets to close to my vehicle, I can have it back out so I can get in it. That is a plus! Mine is white with tan interior. I hope this review helps you in your decision making.

Good quality, good performance SUV.

Hyundai Santa Fe is a very good vehicle. The top of the line trim has every feature that the more expensive brands offer and then some. The one thing I have not been able to do is to connect a blue tooth CD player so that it can play through the audio system. (Since it does not have a built in cd player and I have a huge collection of music).

Great in almost every catagory

I really like my 2023 Santa Fe but there is room for improvement in the ride noise category. I believe it is a combination of tire selection and needing more bottom & side insulation. Also improvement in door insulation and door seal can't hurt. I really like all the features and ride,....it is just not as quiet as I believe it should be.

Never buying a hybrid from Hyundai again

It was in the shop multiple times for battery running out while driving. Everytime service said it was something else. Last time was in more then 5 weeks either only 30k miles and I traded it back in

Great vehicle, not the best dealer

Very great car, bought the 23 model instead of the 24 with the model change. Beautiful inside and out. The dealership I bought it at was not great, their service was outstandingly sub-par. At 83 years old, I have purchased many cars including 3 other Hyundais, buying this car at Kuntz Hyundai of Sycamore IL was the worst experience buying a car I have ever had. After the purchase there was cosmetic issues they said they would fix, interior and exterior, tried to contact the manager and got no response online, over the phone, and in person. Hyundai of Rockford Illinois is much better and is where I get my service done now.

2003 Santa Fe Calligraphy

I absolutely love my Santa Fe Calligraphy. It is stylish, roomy, has so many bells, whistles and safety features it runs a close tie to many luxury cars. Interior is beautiful and I never had any mechanical issue with all the latest computer stuff. I also love the display in the windshield I hardly ever look at my dashboard anymore. The 2003 Santa Fe Calligraphy is by far the best car i ever owned

Horrible interior design

Not sure who designed this, but the interior is design is horrible. The center console is useless. Rattles, in the way, & the styling on the dashboard is an opportunity for dust everywhere everywhere.

Sales is great to work with, many issues with the service department. They are difficult to deal with. Unfortunately cannot recommend them to anyone who wants to purchase a hyundai. Salesman Ed was tge best

Almost Great

Dependable, quality vehicle with a couple of irritating flaws. Transmission doesn't shift smoothly at times and there are infrequent hesitations. The Center console shelf design is POOR. Auto lock doesn't always work.

Better than expected

Wanted this model year due to change coming. Style and size were exactly what I wanted. Still working on taking advantage of all the modern stuff. Was disappointed that the phone wasn’t able to connect to car as I thought. Purchased new phone with expectations that it would work. Ride and mileage are better then I expected. Only real complaint is when starting out from electric to gas, seems to be a hesitation that causes you to think vehicle has stalled. On the whole, I am very satisfied with this vehicle and happy I purchased it

This hybrid rocks!

After owning my 2023 Santa Fe Hybrid EV for just 2 months I decided to take a 3 day 1700 mile road trip. I was totally impressed with the range of 600 miles on a single tank of gas. I was even more impressed with the car's handling and comfort. The Apple Carplay app worked beautifully and kept me on course and notified me of traffic conditions on the road ahead. The adaptive cruise control and lane keeping assist helped me drive confidently. Best car buying decision I have made in my 45 years of driving!
