Aug 25, 2023, I went in to do some window shopping. I get to Potamkin Hyundai and met My sales agent, Shay, and we hit it off very well. Just don’t BS me was my only requirement. She was the absolute best. After some talking to her and Tiger, the sales Manager. The terms matched what I was looking for and the price point dollar wise. I was buying a vehicle. The finance Manager, Basil, was good at explaining the terms. I walked away satisfied with my transaction. Unfortunately, my partner was not. So. Aug 26, 2023, I can back. Came back the next day... Deal # 2... Explained the situation to Tiger and Shay and Brent. They totally understood. On steps Javanie, my 2nd sales agent and again excellent work. Paid a little more than I wanted too though. But that is a me thing because of the return of the original vehicle the next day.
Worked with Tiger and the team and was able to transition me into another acceptable vehicle for my family and me.
My experience I can honestly say was one of the best in a very long time. The Hyundai Santa Fe I bought is well build and great ratings. So, I would say give Shay or Javanie a try. Young people doing great things. Tiger, the Sales Manager knows how to put you at ease and will have a story to tell you. BOTH Tiger and Brent, the GSM will keep it 100 with you. And for the GM Ken, who gave it a go to assist, a big thank you for doing good things all around. All in all, my experience at Potamkin Hyundai was A++. They were about getting me taking care of and getting me on my way. Appreciate doing business with them.

Now that I have the Santa Fe for the first 30 days. This is a roomy vehicle. Very nice ride. I added the wheel locks for security. Think they should come standard with the vehicle, IMO. Still getting used to the lock on the handle. That's probably a me thing. Me personally, this is the biggest vehicle I have ever purchased. The ride is very Smooth. I probably should have looked at the Tucson to be honest, for me. More to my size. Overall, though, I am very happy with the vehicle.
Word to the wise. Be sure of your purchase. That 3-day Return option is not really a return. It's an exchange.
It's a new deal using the purchased Vehicle you are bringing back to exchange to whatever the new vehicle is going to be. There was not an option to bring the new purchase back and get your vehicle you traded-in back, which is a little strange to me.
