Handel's great and I great warranty!

Bought it for the great warranty, but love how it drives. Very dependable and comfortable car. I will purchase same car brand next time! Compared to my last car there is a little bit more road noise but for 8000 grand less and 3 times the warranty is can live with that.

Very pleased

Roomy with plenty of pep. Very good gas mileage yet ample power to merge when needed. Comfortable and fun to drive. Only drawback is you can’t see the “heads up display” if wearing polarized sun glasses.

I love my '23 Santa Fe Caligraphy

This is my first non-American car brand purchase, and I couldn't be happier. From convenience features like the steering wheel heater, seat heater, and most-importantly, the seat air conditioner, this car is the bomb. Safety features like the rear camera and lane assist make life easier and safer. I love the bright red color and wide sun roof for the sporty feel of this car. You guys knocked it out of the park on this one!

Glad I purchased the vehicle.

Bought the car because of its overall exterior styling, the upscale interior styling and the cargo space. It has not disappointed on these items. Know a next generation vehicle was coming out and did not particularly like the styling of the upcoming model.

Car Town Hyundai in San angelo tx was extremely dishonest

The vehicle was ok. Car Town Hyundai has turned me off of ever buying a Hyundai again. They were dishonest. I have bought 16 new vehicles including 2 Hyundai. I have never had a dealership treat me like they did. I will never buy another Hyundai.

Overall,, vehicle performs well.

Vehicle is too small for my husband and I. Our mistake. Button to close rear hatch is too low for short people. Ride is not as smooth as expected. Turn radius isn’t tight enough. In sum, we should have chosen a larger model. Thanks.

Unreliable

My vehicle is a 2023 and has already had multiple major repairs which is not acceptable for a car that new. It has 63K miles, so the most recent issue is not covered. First the compressor went in 2024 - not even a year old then an issue with the engine. That means I purchased I will never purchase a Santa Fe again with the engine was not covered. These cars are supposed to be able to go for a lot longer with greater miles and be reliable. None of that is true

Very reliable

Long distance driving comfortable. Has great pick up. My husband complains seat doesn't go low enough for him to get in on passenger side. Wish the coffee holder area in side door was pouched out more to accommodate cups better. Perfect for me.

Vehicle has performed well

The car has performed well. I have also received good service and support from Billion Auto--Hyundai in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. My one concern is that the passenger side post is situated in such a way as to cause a blind spot when wanting to turn right.

Nice car.

The car is nice- drives very well, great mpg. It's comfortable for the most part. I do not like the way the infotainment system works nor the controls for the HVAC. It befuddles me that I have to search for the fan controls (especially considering they are not lighted) and the drive mode is a dial that is not only lit, but is big as day. It's frustrating searching high and low to change basic functions on the infotainment system. The display size seems a tad too small. I abhor emergency braking- it happens more times than not to where it is absolutely not needed causing fear for me (the actual driver)! I needed a new car because of my commute to work. This is my 3rd Santa Fe, and had I known what I know about this car now, I wish I would have kept my older Santa Fe.

2023 sante fe limited hybrid

My vehicle is a little over one year old. I generally like the vehicle and its styling. I love the hybrid and its fuel efficiency. Nicely trimmed out with the limited edition. My complaints would be , no cargo cover in the back. At that price point I feel it should be included. The touch screen in the car is easy to use but the reaction time poor. It’s slow enough to make you question yourself if you did actually touch the screen. Overall I would say 8 out of 10.

Nice Quiet Comfortable Ride

I like the styling better than the new body, so I am glad we bought when we did. When shopping for a new vehicle, the things important to us were all satisfied by the Hyundai Santa Fe at the best price point. Our criteria were based on long distance travel. Smooth ride, adjustable lumbar support, quiet, handles well. My only disappointment is in the safety/convenience technology. My position is that a convenience feature is only a feature if it works 100% of the time. Short of that it is just an aggravation. The two most prominent examples of this are the rear hatch and the door locks. The hatch does not reliably open when you stand behind it. However, if you press the button, it knows you have the key and opens the hatch, so it's not a proximity issue. Other times I will walk along side the vehicle and the hatch will open when I don't want it to. When using the touch sensor on the door handle to lock the doors, I can never be sure it's actually locked. It makes a click, indicating it sensed the touch, but then when I go back to open the door, I can hear it lock when I touch it. At this point, the only thing you can do is dig around in your pocket for the fob, since it won't respond at all to touch. Another issue is that the doors will not all unlock when the car is turned off, no matter how I make the settings. As a result, I have to use the manual unlock button to allow access to the rear if I need to take somehting with me. When I do that, I can no longer lock the car with the button on the door. If I set it to unlock when I turn off the ignition, then I have to put it into park first, which means I have to stop. The engine turns off when I stop, then right back on when it's put into park, then off again by pushing the button on the dash. None of this makes sense to me. If the car is locked and I walk up to it with the key, it should unlock when the door button is touched. Nothing else should matter. If it is unlocked and I am outside with the key in my pcoket, then touching the button should cause it to lock. Period. Again, nothing else should matter. But it does. I have a spreadsheet with all the issues I have found if anyone is interested. There are too many to detail here.

my biggest complaint is the windshield wipers. when a ice storm is predicted there is no way to lift up and out the wipers so they don't ice up on the windshield. this is my 3rd Santa Fe and I've complained about this issue on every one. why can't this be done? my husband has a GM SUV and he goes out and lifts the wipers off his windshield ....

Great looking SUV but some issues

5 Star style inside and out. Fit and finish is average (3 star), gas mileage terrible (1 star) and no spare tire (0 stars). Many plus and minus attributes but average overall. A few tweaks could make this 4-5 stars.

Love it!!

This is my third Hyundai Santa Fe and I absolutely love it! I will never own another car. It’s a basic car so no bells and whistles. The only complaint would be the seats are not comfortable and I hate the fabric seats. I did buy lumbar supports that helped and seat covers to protect the fabric.

Had horn replaced a few months ago, it is not working again?

Great mileage and performance. Like the looks of the 23 . Like the service department on Tyler, they are friendly and prompt to service. Salesman Matt is a great salesman and always has an honest outlook and great knowledge on how the little things work. Won't agree however on the ugliness of the newer Santa Fe.

Loyal Hyundai client, but disappointed with the technology.

I'm generally very happy with it. However, it is extremely disappointing that it takes orders very slowly and usually reacts late to the commands on the screen. It's not reliable and may take the commands wrong, or you feel like it didn't take the command and you try it again, then it takes the same command multiple times, etc. The navigation map is not up to date and doesn't consider the traffic. Thus, usually takes me through the fastest route in theory, but there might be a traffic issue. It tries to prefer the highways to make it faster, but sometimes, inside roads are more open and reliable, etc.
