Meets all needs and great extras

The Santa Fe Calligraphy has been great value. The fully-loaded options, such as ventilated seats and dark interior headliner, are outstanding to have at a price point below $50k. The mileage for the hybrid version is incredible for a 3 row SUV. The 3rd row seats have enough leg room for kids and shorter adults, especially if you move the 2nd row seats forward slightly from their rear-most setting (which is often our default, with car seats in each 2nd row captain's chairs).

I love this vehicle, but there's some things that needs to improve.

things that I don't like: -The HVAC system doesn't actually turn off. -I can't control the fan speed of the second row, but I can control the third row.. It makes no sense to me specially because the third row has its own controller. -I hate that I have to switch the gear to park to be able to type on the screen even if I'm completely stopped, I had a chevy before and it let me type if I was completely stopped. -I can't lock the vehicle with the remote if the vehicle is running, this is something that I was able to do in the chevy. -Sometimes when backing up it wrongly detects a car so it hard brakes the car when this happens it doesn't let me continue even if I press the brake pedal and then the gas, it stays in a complete stop this is really dangerous. -Sometimes I feel that the transmission is having issues selecting what gear to use.

My Sante Fe 2025 Hybrid

The 2025 Santa Fe is a great car to own. My hybrid is getting close to 40 miles to a gallon of gas. Only wish the numbers on the dash were a little larger to read. Otherwise it is the perfect car to own.

Pretty smooth experience so far

My ownership experience has been smooth through the first 5000 miles. Issues this far: - a glitch in the electronics rendered remote control inoperable for about 2 months. - miles per gallon has been around 26 which is far below the advertised efficiency. - 12 volt battery has been dead on couple of occasions where the rear tailgate was left open for a couple of hours.

Like this car very much!

There is so much to like about the Santa Fe Hybrid! I am enjoying seeing how the hybrid technology works and how it impacts my overall miles. It's comfy, plenty of cargo room, quiet (that was biggie for us). Its silhouette is something I really enjoy. I'm happy to have "graduated" into a car with current technology!

Hybrid Santa Fe is a great car!

It took me a few days to figure out the functions but love the big screen to handle it all. The drive is smooth and easy on the road. I am delighted with the gas mileage that we are getting if we drive carefully to maximize our savings on miles per gallon. I wanted a vehicle that could be used for passengers and hauling the many items we get for our animals on the farm if we don't want to use the truck. It fits my life style perfectly.

Love my new sante fe calligraphy. First Hyundai. Stephen was the best. I’d recommend him 10+. It took me 2 visits to make sure I wanted this type of vehicle. No pressure which made me happy.

Love the gas mileage

I've been driving my Santa Fe Hybrid for about five months and have 5,000 miles on it. I love it! I'm a 75 year old who loves to golf and garden. My Santa Fe accommodates both well. I bought the Calligraphy model, and love all the bells and whistles. The head-up display is great, the leather trim is luxurious, and the remote start-up during cold or hot days makes for a pleasant drive from the minute I enter the car. I'm 6'3'' and weigh 225 lbs. The seats treat me right; I'm more than comfortable on short or long trips. Love my Santa Fe!
