I'm very, very happy with this car

I previously owned a Palisade 2020. I was very happy with that car as well. My purchase of the 2025 Santa Fe exceeded my expectations! It has so many extras that honestly, if I had bought another Audi would have cost at least $20K more...if even possible.

Love it 99% - just two complaints

Love virtually everything about this vehicle. My two biggest complaints are the infotainment system and the sensors for the cruise control being on the bumper.

Great gas mileage but squeaks too much

Very happy with the comfort, gas mileage and overall looks and roomy sharp interior of the Santa Fe but the underneath frame of the vehicle is very squeaky and we haven't got that fixed yet. It is annoying and I read on other sites that this is a major problem in the Santa Fe Hybrid.

A great vehicle that needs more orientation

The Santa Fe Limited (Hybrid) is an excellent SUV. It is spacious , well appointed, and runs well. My only suggestion is for a better explanation of all the features including more clarity for a novice hybrid owner.

Have had two Hyndai SUvs, loved both

Very happy overall with my new Santa Fe. It fits better in my one car garage bay than my older Palisade Calligraphy

Joy to Drive, Great MPG, Love the Technology

If you are looking for a functional 3rd row for adults, I'm not sure you will find it here. Otherwise, this vehicle is perfect. Seriously, I'm the guy who swaps vehicles out every year, and I've owned a few Hyundai, Audis, driven BMW in Germany, VW, Toyota, Honda, Ford :(, Chevy, GMC, Suzuki lol, and I even turned down the new Palisade this year for the Sante Fe. It's really a joy, I like the size, and as a Technology guy, it suits me well. Plus it has a good bit of storage. I'm not going to lie, the functionality of that 2nd row is inconvenient, but whatever. We all need to get smarter ;)

Great vehicle!

I was in a position to get a larger vehicle and was considering the Kia Sorento, but my dad told me to check this out. I thought it looked weird at first, but now I like the look. I had always had Kias, but Hyundai makes better use of the interior space, and this Santa Fe didn't feel so high off the ground I couldn't see over the hood like the Sorento, so I went with Hyundai. There are a few things I don't like, and some can be resolved with higher trim levels, but a $7000 different between the SEL and Limited is ridiculous, especially when there is only like a $1-2K difference between the Limited and Calligraphy. I love the large infotainment center but HATE that the climate controls are touchscreen because you need to take your eyes off the road to adjust them. I also hate that it's dual climate and not tri-climate. The biggest issue is that the driver's climate settings match the settings of the people in the back - so stupid! I drive and run hot, while my passengers are cold, but I have to turn mine to hot so the people in the back warm up. What sense does that make!?!?!?! So, the front passenger is the only one who gets a different temp? Dumb! Sometimes the vehicle surges and sort of pushes forward. I also had an oil change recently where the dealer said my tires would need attention soon, which is absurd because it's been slightly over a year and the only time I've ever needed new tires was when I got a nail. Once I get the front windows tinted, I'll be set. Also, gas mileage is less when it's cold outside, which sucks because they charge more in Ohio to register hybrid vehicles because we get better gas mileage. It took a minute to get used to the gear shift by the wiper control, but it saves more space in the vehicle.

Great but...

So far I love the car but there are few things that could be improved. - For tall people the seat belt adjustment doesn't go high enough. - Lack of spare tire makes me feel unsecured. I know there is a repair kit, but I rather swap the tire and go. - I'm not sure if it's a standard but the hybrid battery seems to be a bit small, and doesn't hold a lot of "juice". - the computer that calculates MPG is always off (higher) than the actual. - the gear stick is in a bit awkward position for tall people. Either slightly higher or center console would be great. - the touch screen climate controle is super bad. It looks nice but you cannot turn on/off anything without looking at it and carefully aim for a button. - the UV compartment is so Covid. It's cool but I'm not sure if I will use it at all. The driver chair could be slightly deeper and sodtee. - the engine oil stick keep sticking and it's hard to pull. - Lack of second row clu.at controle
