Was great until I got it serviced

Was liking my car for the past year until I took it in for service last Friday, and then by Sunday it wouldn’t turn on or even unlock. Hyundai customer service has not been helpful at helping me secure a rental, and I’m now very displeased and will not be recommending a Hyundai to friends or family.

Doesn't live up to the hype

Falls far short of epa estimates. Parasitic drain has left me with dead battery twice only had it for 4 months. Infotainment screens are slow and confusing. And underriner Hyundai in billings Montana lied from start to finish.

Constant Dead Battery

Unfortunately, my 2025 Hyundai Santa Fe has been sitting in the garage, as the battery is constantly dead. We have looked at everything to determine what is draining the battery with no success. We reached out to schedule an appointment and were given an appointment weeks out from the call. At this time, we are still awaiting the appointment while paying on a vehicle we are unable to drive.

Pulls right, unsafe tech, acceleration hesitation; two accidents

I have owned and driven this vehicle for approximately 14 months, and my experience has been very disappointing, primarily due to ongoing safety and performance concerns. On two separate occasions, I reported to the service department that the car consistently pulls to the right. In another incident, the vehicle unexpectedly jerked to the right while lane guidance control was engaged, which was both alarming and dangerous. I have also experienced frequent hesitation when pressing the gas pedal. At times, the vehicle delays acceleration, and on some occasions it does not accelerate at all when the pedal is engaged. This lack of responsiveness creates unsafe driving conditions, especially when merging or navigating traffic. When I reported these issues to the service writer, I was told that the problems could not be addressed or resolved unless the service manager personally experienced them while driving the vehicle. This response was frustrating and left my safety concerns unaddressed. Additionally, the technology system is unintuitive and distracting rather than helpful. Features that are intended to enhance safety instead require excessive attention and adjustment. Most concerning is that I have been involved in two collision incidents while driving this vehicle. This is particularly troubling given that I have nearly 50 years of driving experience and have not experienced similar issues with other vehicles. Overall, the unresolved safety issues, poor performance, and lack of effective service support have made this vehicle unreliable and stressful to drive.

Hello Tami. Thank you for your response, for your concerns on the lane keeping assist features information can be located in Chapter 7 pg. 32 on how to change settings and limitations. Many of the safety features can be found in Chapters 6 and 7, and there are you tube videos available online. Got off to a rough start

My Bluelink did not work for the first bunch of months I had the car. They tried everything including replacing most of it before someone reached out to Verizon. According to the explanation I got, apparently my car did not exist in their system. When I got past that? I love the car.
