The exterior looks could be improved, too close to the Ford Flex.

Reliable fun and savy

This car has been truly enjoyable since the day I purchased it. I went into the dealer with a closed mind as I thought I wanted to buy another car. As soon as I test drove this car I fell in love and walked off the lot with it. This car has all my friends and family wanting one and are so impressed with all of the features from the 3D camera view to the vehicles self parking feature with the key to get in and out of tight spaces. This 3 row suv has been reliable and has truly surpassed all expectations.

Smart SUV

I have had this vehicle for over 4 months and still learning about all of its features. Is as comfortable as my Lexus SUV but gets 36 MPG in town. Plenty of pickup and the interior space is incredible. I have never had so much legroom and headroom in any vehicle that I have ever owned.

After 5 minutes of test driving a Santa Fe, I was in love with it!

My only concern is trying to get into the back seat as an adult. The kids do great!

Its a good car, but the technology is TERRIBLE

I love how the car rides and drives, but the tech is nothing short of irritating. We specifically asked questions regarding the digital key and memory seats and were told it worked great, but that is a LIE! I'm short (5"4") and my husband is tall (6'6"), so memory seats are a bid deal to us. We get stuck in the rain having to manually move the seat because the car cannot figure it out. We have been to the dealer, called support, and no one can fix this issue. The car also struggles to know you have the digital key to start it. The only solution we have found is to get out, lock the car, unlock it, get back in and 2/3 times that will work. I love the size of the car, the comfort, the way it drives, the better gas mileage! Hyundai - just fix the tech!!!

Overall good, but one massive flaw

I really like most things about this car. However, the forward attention warning goes off when I wear a hat or sunglasses, take a drink, yawn, turn the wheel, and sometimes for no reason at all. Per the dealership, even when you turn it off in the settings, it doesn't actually turn off. This feature is horrible. As much as I like the rest of the car, this will be my first and last Hyundai unless there is an update so that the feature can be disabled.

Great SUV-Watch out for transmission

Good looking car and rides well after new transmission at 1000 miles. Hi tech means big learning curve for all the functions but once you have it mastered it’s great. Matte finish requires special attention.
