DO NOT BUY OR SELL YOUR VEHICLE HERE. THIS REVIEW IS FOR SELLING MY LEASED VEHICLE TO AUTONATION HYUNDAI ON AUGUST 6, 2024. SHORT AND SWEET: THEY MADE ME SIGN NON-POPULATED FIRMS-MY MISTAKE. JOE McCANN GENERAL SALES MANAGER DID PAYOFF QUOTE WHICH WAS IN ERROR. I TOLD HIM IS WAS WRONG AND VERIFIED. HE WOULDN'T LISTEN. TOLD ME THEIR BUY PRICE WAS DIFFERENT THEN MY PAYOFF WHICH WAS A LIE. THEY SENT THE PAYOFF AMOUNT THAT I WAS INSISTING WHICH RESULTED IN MONIES OWED TO ME. I CONTACTED ABOVE AND JIM DONOHUE GENERAL MANAGER. JIM CALLED AND SAID HE WILL CHECK. LEFT MESSAGES AND NOTHING. THEY OWE ME MONEY!!!! BUY A CAR PRIVATE AVOID DEALERSHIPS ESPECIALLY THIS ONE. JOHN KRANIOTIS- LEASE GUY WAS IN ON THIS DEAL TOO AND HE HAD NO CLUE WHAT TO SAY BUT TO LISTEN TO HIS BOSS!

2023 Palisade door mirror wind noise issue
Informed outside mirrors needed 'grommets.' Eventually advised parts were in and once at dealership, car sat unattended today for two hours before eventually being told something else additional was needed. Advisor clearly has no knowledge of product nor consideration of a customer's valued time after third and last visit. Dealership appeared understaffed and disorganized each visit, all for mirror noise issue, hardly requiring technical or mechanical expertise.

Great & straight-forward dealership!
I had a wonderful experience at AutoNation Hyundai . Al Pukhovich, my sales consultant, was professional, friendly, and a pleasure to work with. I wish all car salesmen were like Mr. Al! I purchased a 2015 Acura RDX here last night and the process was seamless. No gimmicks. No hidden fees. Car was ready to be delivered, fully detailed and inspected. Not many dealerships do business this way anymore. The GM and Al were willing to work with me to make sure all my needs were met and I got the best deal possible. The finance manager - Mikey, was also amazing! I would recommend this dealership to all my family and friends. If you need a used car go see Al!

Bad purchase experience
I have a very bad experience today with the dealer which I would like to share.
I finalized a car with this dealer and was working with the bank for a loan. The dealer provided the purchase agreement which was submitted to the bank and I told the dealer that I will come next day for the car, along with the down payment and the loan check.

Next day when I was supposed to go in 2 hrs with the required documents, I got a call to visit the dealer immediately else the car will be sold to someone else and it was actually sold to the other person.

It is a loss of time(3 days I wasted on this car) and a lot of frustration since the dealer didn't live up to the expectation and commitment. Ideally they should have kept the car on hold for me. I have a very bad experience and feedback/rating for this dealer and would recommend others to think twice before going for this dealer.
