Nightmare!

Purchased vehicle and took possession in April. Broke down on June 27, 2026. Still don’t have it. Hyundai North America customer care is a nightmare. Hyundai comes first, customer care is questionable.

Very underpowered

The vehicle is nice and has a lot of features, but all those features are not enough for me to consider purchasing another Pallisade in the future. The vehicle is way underpowered. Slow pedal response and frankly, a bit scary to drive when you need to enter traffic because of its slow response and being underpowered.

Stick in limp mode

Bought the car in March of 26 and has been at the dealer since May of 26 stuck in limp mod. No fix is in site.

Nice ride No A/C

Overall the 2026 XRT Pro is nice great ride and wonderful interior. However the A/C went out on a brand new SUV with barely 2,000 miles on it and has been at the dealership for a month. We are making are second payment on a new car and still don’t have an estimate on when we will be able to have our XRT Pro back.

Hyndai Northwest Hyundai the only way to go!!

I have owned numerous Hyundais in my lifetime but never had the white glove experience you receive at Northwest Hyundai. They roll out the red carpet to every single customer. Love the owner such an incredible man always with a smile on his face. All his employees are the same way. Such an amazing atmosphere. Other dealerships should take notice. In today’s world the little things still matter to many . Love my newPalisade !!!

Too many quirks

The vehicle has too many quirks. Can’t lock the car until you’re completely out of it, then find a free hand so you can hit the button on the door handle. Trying to unlock the car? Good luck, you need to be right on top of the vehicle to unlock it, and then it’s a good 2-3 seconds before it allows you to open the door. If someone’s chasing you, you’re never getting away.

Not adequate cup holders in the front Door cup holders are useless Bare can fit a water bottle in it Middle console is way too far forward.

Great Vehicle - Minor Cons but would still recommend.

I love this vehicle. The interior is amazing features. I only don’t like two thing… the engine is slightly underpowered for a 3 row and the rear wiper doesn’t wipe the whole hatch window. The oil filter is also in a horrific spot.

My Hyundai Palisade

I’ve always wanted a Palisade and it doesn’t disappoint! I absolutely LOVE the color, most people think it’s black, but it’s actually Galaxy Maroon! I love the way it handles and looks. The room it has is amazing. I have 3 very large dogs and they fit perfectly in the back. I’ve owned Hyundai’s for over 14 years and I won’t own anything else!!

Nice car with annoying habits

The drive shaft is annoying. You can’t shift from neutral to drive or drive to neutral with braking. This causes the car wash to shut down. The air/heat shuts off at traffic lights unless you press a button EVERY TIME. Every time you put on the radio you have to select favorites if you want to scroll using steering wheel commands.
