Several Small Issues Add Up

The seats are awful and extremely uncomfortable, also when I turn a corner I can hear a click sound from the seat, almost as if the seat bolt is loose or something. Also there is a silver part to the bottom of the steering wheel. During some parts of the day, while driving, the light reflects off of it right into my eyes and is blinding. Why did you make that silver so reflective for the sun? And again the seats are uncomfortable. Not sure if another company did the seats but they did an awful job. Another thing is when you have it set to unlock all doors when you open the hatch back, that only works half the time. It will not unlock the doors automatically even when set to.

It’s ok

The palisade has unfortunately fell short for a number of reasons. Only owning the car for a few months, there has been a number of issues including a number of updates needing to be installed, recalls needing to be addressed and then a full engine electrical issue that just arose. I also feel some aspects of the car although are very nice show some “cheap” alternatives, like a small decal on the driver and passenger door that are already peeling and seem to only Be on with glue. The corner edges of the windows in the front driver and passenger are also not conducive and should be at least rounded edges. Also the touchless door entry seems to be wonky as sometimes using the digital key doesn’t seem to work all the time.

Great replacement for my totaled Santa Fe

I had to purchase a new vehicle after I hit a deer and my 23 Santa Fe was totaled. We drove 4 Hyundai's, 2 VW's, 1 Toyota and 1 Lexis. We feel like we received a great value for the features on our new Palisade compared to the others. This vehicle handles well, rides well, is fairly quiet, and has more features than we will ever need. For the most part it was an easy transition from a 23 to a 26. I would recommend this vehicle to anyone looking. We did get the XRT Pro which makes it seem a bit more sporty and it definitely looks more rugged than a standard palisade.

Palisade just right on size

The Palisade drives easy, but has ample room for comfort and cargo.Would surely purchase another one. Very pleased with its performance.

2026 Hyundai Palisade Calligraphy - Caveat Emptor

Overall we are enjoying our new 2026 Hyundai Palisade Calligraphy. The styling, comfort, and luxury features are excellent. The functionality of some of the technology and convenience features is challenging at best, and sometime flatout difficult. Powertrain is lackluster and fuel economy is not great. This seems to be a challenge in most brands in this vehicle class.

Poor dash read, poor manual, poor hitch-bumper

Cannot read on/off dash lights/LEDS, manual pics are mostly black outs, bumper/hitch is a joke to use.

I intent on buying a KIa Telluride for the last several years, 2026 I decided to buy one, as soon as they were available in the model that I wanted, and was put on a waiting list. A few days I stopped by the CMAS dealership in Lexington Park Maryland. I went for a test drive, and some kind of way Aaron Quimby sold me on the Palisade.

Would have gotten five star if it weren't for the one button seat lost

Feels like riding a cloud. Wonderfully quiet and comfortable. Love the many adjustments from seat adjustment to lighting to AC/heat for every seat location in the vehicle. I test drove several other brands. Some came close regarding the ride but did not come with all the comfort settings for the price. Interior design to me was extremely well thought out. The screen location and design around on the dash had to be considered from the beginning. I say as other auto manufacturers seemed to design a dash and then had an afterthought of where to place. We have owned Toyota vehicles for 30 years, we've no regrets in making the change. Hope they fix the fix on the "one button" seat move.

2026 Palisade

Brand new 2026 Palisade, Within first 2 weeks camera stoped working took me almost one and half months to get it replaced. And bad part was no loaner available and dealer treated this issue with no priority. I could have returned the vehicle and went with some different brand vehicle. I don't trust this vehicle anymore . I didn't expect this after spending $50,000 plus suv.

OK car

The car is very technology forward with nice features such as massage seat, memory seats and mirrors. We’re having problems with the car with a breakdown on a road trip where the car wouldn’t move (engaged drivetrain but seemed to have brakes locked. It took repeated starts/stop to clear the problems
