Hyundai Palisade Calligraphy 2026
After driving the 2021 version of this car for 5 years, I decided to trade it in for the newer version. The outside mirrors now fold in automatically or with a button inside the car - the older version did not. The technology has made great advances so be ready to use the Quick Reference Manual. I absolutely love being able to leave the keys at home and drive with my smart phone key! It’s nice to exercise without keys in your pocket! Having a button to slide the rear seat forward rather than laying the seat down when you buy too many groceries is another wonderful new feature. The noise reduction inside is very noticeable. You hardly hear road noise. The footrests are a great addition as well as the massaging drivers seat. Not sure I will ever use the UV light in the console to sterilize objects, but would wonderful for a new mother. And I have never owned a car that gave you a charging cord, a first aid kit with substantial items included and a device to patch and air up a flat tire if needed. So many extras in the car.
For comparable size cars with less features, you would pay $15,000 to $20,000 more. The value certainly exceeds other brands. That’s why I chose to continue buying the Palisade Calligraphy model Hyundai.
