Luv My Palisade Calligraphy

Great riding SUV that is a lot of fun to drive. Plus it has tons of safety features that keep me and my family safe. The infotainment center is somewhat dated (no wireless Android Auto) but otherwise it has all the Tech!

Great family SUV

I love the space the truck has to offer. The pickup is great as well. The styling is a little dated and its twin has a little more standard tech. I love the versatility this offers. A hybrid engine would a nice addition. This is our Hyundai and they keep getting better

So far I am happy with it

Still learning all its features but happy with everything except the door locking system Has a lot of leg room and head room. Storage space is great. I think massage seating should be on passenger side too.

This is one of the best driving cars I have owned.

This is smooth riding and great handling car. With lots of room and the premium package . Noise is minimal and the third seat is comfortable with a lot of leg room for your passengers. Captain seats give you room to relax.

Broke down after 6 days

My Palisade broke down after 6 days, was in the shop 3 times while we were on vacation out of state, the dealership made promises that they then went back on, Hyundai Corporate failed to make it right, and I ended having to buy a new car, pay over $12k in taxes and fees AGAIN, and I’m highly disappointed by the whole experience of buying my first Hyundai and never will again, and I regularly tell all my friends about the awful experience and the awful vehicle I got stuck with.

Sorry that I bought this Palisade

Hated the limited color choice. I hate black interiors. The white/beige interior was fine but a red exterior was not available with the light interior. I settle for the blue only to find we all think the color is black. I have never wanted to buy a black car. Buying the car was time consuming and problematic even though I was paying cash and providing a great trade-in. I see after driving the car that it is too big and wide for where I generally park my car. I have to manually close the left side mirror to safely drive it into and out of my garage. After 3 months, I still don't know how to do basic things with the car dashboard. My wife still has not driven the car (bought 10 weeks ago). She prefers her red Kia Sorento.

Best vehicle for my growing family

After having a Tucson for many years when my family expanded to include two young ones we decided to stay with the Hyundai family and go with the Palisade Calligraphy. Best choice we could have made. Extremely pleased with the performance and look of this vehicle.

2025 Palisade Review

The radio interface is terrible. Please see my comments in the Cons section below where I provide more details. The car has a very quite ride, and the safety features and numerous. More time should be spent on providing an update to the radio interface.

80 day review

First 80 days of ownership our Palisade has been in the shop/dealership 5 times for a total of 15 days. The odometer has 800 miles on it of which 300 miles to the dealership and back. Right now we are dealing with a lot of regret in buying a Hyundai. Stockton Hyundai by far is the worse dealership I have ever did business with. Hyundai USA has been very slow to respond to our concerns.

2nd Palisade

I liked the first one well enough to buy an identical newer model. I feel it’s a great value for the money. The warranty means a lot and the service included is a nice bonus. It’s a roomy mid size SUV and I’m confident when driving it for comfort and safety.

One of the best vehicles I have ever owned

I have family that are 600 miles away and we try and make the trip in one day. The Palisade has been great on the long drives with the comfort and ride that makes the trip so much easier to handle. I highly recommend this SUV.

Getting use to

Enjoyed the SUV once I got use to some of the features, mostly the safety features. Also had to realize that a SUV does not handle like a sedan. Also, the push button transmission did not take any time to get use to.

Apex of comfort

We picked our first SUV, palisade calligraphy on Dec 5, 2024. The car is quit, smooth and extremely comfortable. I drove to Florida and back without any fatigue. Driver seat massager is great. HDA feature is advance and work seamless between manual and auto mode. This car is build for travelling. I will highly recommend the car with roof racks. It can fit 7 but six is a good number.

Love the vehicle. Luxury meets sporty

This car is comfortable and a perfect fit for the whole family. Great gas mileage. love the captains chairs and the third row. the drivers seat massage is a lifesaver on long trips. The backup camera and 360 works beautifully.

Great Traveling Vehicle

Overall very comfortable and a pleasure to drive. Many comfort features have been included with the Palisade Caligraphy model to ensure that long distance travel as well as local need are something that the driver looks forward to.

Miss some of the options my Cadillac had

So far so good but for the money I feel like it should be loaded. I wished I would have been put in a calligraphy for this price. I wasn’t given the option to check one out even a 2024 would have been ok in the calligraphy

Well worth the cost!

We traded a Telluride EX Premium for an AWD Palisade Calligraphy. We test drove the Palisade, the Telluride, and Grand Highlander all in the top level trim. The Palisade had more features, better comfort, smoother ride, and more space than the others. Our most difficult choice was what color to get for the Palisade. We have zero regrets with this vehicle. Our one slight annoyance is the car’s alignment and smoothness makes the car ding at us because it thinks we don’t have a hand on the steering wheel. That’s how little we need to make corrections on a straight away. I’ve never owned a Hyundai prior to this but the Palisade sold us almost immediately.

Excellent ! It drives so smooth Our whole family is quite impressed!

Haven’t had this vehicle very long but so far it is a great experience to drive. I am hoping to drive it for a long time. I hope the service will be as wonderful as the car. At first I was intimidated by all the technology but the more I play with it the more I like it. Has some features I did not think I would like or ever use (ie) nature sounds). But found I love that! Also love the quiet mode and the microphone to talk to people in back!
