Love this vehicle

This is my third Hyundai and second Palisades in a row. I love this vehicle! It makes several long-distance trips per year, including an annual pilgrimage between Florida and Maine. You're on the road, but it has a comfort-of-your-own-living-room kind of feel. And the built-in back massager makes a huge difference in staying comfortable both behind the wheel and when standing and walking when getting out of the car at rest stops. I also traditionally get much better gas mileage than projected, which is also a plus. It's just a great car.

Love my Palisade

This is my second Hyundai Palisade (an upgrade from my previous one), and I LOVE this car. It has the perfect storage locations with everything I need for 3 kids. The technology features are top of the line. It's incredibly comfortable. It has great gas mileage for its size. I'm in the car roughly 3 hours a day with my work, and it often serves as a mobile office. I can plug in my computer and work comfortably while parked. It has the power to tow my boat, and the tow hitch feature also allows for extra storage on road trips if need.

One complaint

I love the car, but I hate the paint issue. I specifically asked about paint before I left the dealership and was assured that paint was no longer an issue with hyundai vehicles. Well a week after owning the vehicle, the back bumper was bubbling and peeling all the way across. I have put nothing heavier than a stroller, groceries, or overnight bag in the back, nothing heavy enough to scrape end to end or even do that much paint damage. The paint is gone down to the metal. Hyundai declined to fix it. Had I know about this I would have not gotten a Hyundai. Its also my fault for not doing a more thorough visual inspection, its hard to see bubbling in black paint unless you're right on it.

Tried them all but the Palisade was the best!!!

I wanted the quietest, smoothest riding vehicle with all the bells & whistles that was rated to last a long time! I tried many of the bigger size SUV's only to be disappointed not even thinking about a Palisade. I thought the Cadillac XT5 would solve my problem but I was surprised it also wasn't comfortable and the front passenger seat cut into back of my wife's legs. Then on my way home from trying the XT5 I saw a Palisade and said wow, have to try one and drove right to our Hyundai Dealer. We took a Palisade for a spin and I couldn't believe it, quiet, rode smooth, and had everything but the kitchen sink, but it did have a massaging seat! This is my car and they had one on the lot fully loaded, top of the line, my color and bought it on the spot! I think I've had it around 4 months now and love it more everyday I get behind the wheel! Took 1 trip so far and got 28.6mpg hwy, city driving 21-22mpg. Best part it uses regular gas! Love this car and if anything happened to it I would buy another one!!!

A for effort but fall a little short

Great product but missing some details like Car Play over air instead of having a cable. Couple items were not included as stated by sales person for example, seat memory since we have two drivers for this vehicle. It’s a decent vehicle just don’t set sights too high unless you by the top top model.

Love the vehicle, however, I'm concerned with the quality of the paint

This is an awesome vehicle that officers a quality ride. My only concern is that I had the ceramic coating put on, and I know it won't protect the vehicle form damage, but I already have two knicks in the paint, one I noticed two days after I purchased it when I was hand washing it. The other one I just recently noticed on the rear tailgate. I have never had this happen to any other vehicle I have ever owned, and I have owned a lot of vehicles.
