Pleasantly Surprised!

Every detail was carefully thought out for this beautiful vehicle. Have never driven a Genesis before and it's so comfortable - both front and rear along with all the luxury features to go along with. Definitely a head turner!

Attractive and Well Designed But....

The 2026 GV70 is a beautifully designed vehicle. It handles well on the road and is comfortable for the driver. However, the Sirius Radio, automatic door locking system, and brakes are issue-prone. The initial build quality and dealer service network also need improvement.

Almost Perfect SUV

My GV70 is beautiful inside and out. Gas mileage is great, power is great, breaks are great, cabin is quiet, handles well. I have two quibbles. One is that the ride is a bit harsh sometimes, especially over a rough road where the pavement imperfections tend to punch up into the cabin. Quibble 2 is that when I am exiting the cabin, pushing the lock door button doesn't lock the doors. I have to fish the keys out of my pocket or touch the exterior button on the handle to get it to lock. Haven't seen this on any vehicle I've owned that has a door lock button. Also, the front passenger door is slightly misaligned.

Love my 2026 GV70 Advanced

This is my first Genesis. It wasn't even on my radar when I went looking for a new vehicle but once I test drove it...I was in love. I ended up driving out of the Genesis dealership with a brand new 2026 GV70 and I didn't look back. What's there to love about this vehicle? Everything! The beautiful styling inside and out, the safety features, the 27 inch touch screen monitor (a computer on wheels), the ventilated and heated leather seats, the interior ambient lighting, the 360 degree cameras, the Genesis Connectivity app., etc.

The GV70 is the complete package! Performance, style, fit and finish.

I traded up to the 2026 GV70 3.5T Sport Prestige from my 2023 GV70 2.5T Sport Prestige. The added performance and features of the 3.5T were the main reasons for the upgrade, aside from the new model year. I've had no issues with the 2026.

I love pretty much everything about the car.

The seats are not comfortable. They should have more passing and softer leather. There is very little room for storage. The glove box and center console should have more storage space. There is not even enough room for the car manuals.

Overall, great vehicle with a few glitches

The Genesis TV 70 is a very nice car with a very nice ride. However, I have had a few minor things that I’ve had to contact at the dealer about and I’m scheduled for service. The wheel will cover has popped off and a part had to be ordered, which took over a month. Also, when I stepped on the gas twice the vehicle he hesitated, then stepped on again and the vehicle drove. Hopefully it’s nothing major. Not OK for $62,000 vehicle.

Not nearly as good as the 2022 GV70

This is my fifth GENESIS since 2009. I find it is a trumped up 2022GV70 and not nearly as good. Its new large screen entertainment center is dangerous and will cause accidents. The steering wheel hides the start button; you must take your eyes off the road to change radio stations or the temperature inside the car. The ride is not as good. The seats are not as comfortable. The gas mileage is at least 10% less than the 2022. If not for the fact that my 2022 was totaled in an accident, I would NEVER have traded it in on this piece of junk. Sorry I leased it. Offered to give it back and take a 2025 with the old system and Genesis told me to take a walk. Lease a different brand.
