Owner

The finest and best car I have ever owned, I was a Mercedes owner for 25 years and the G90 has showed me the quality of a luxury car. I bought a used G90 from a friend who told me I would be amazed. After a few thousand miles I wanted a new G90. I still own my 2017 G90

5-star vehicle

This is a dream car. Same or better features than Mercedes or BMW but with a better price. Amazingly comfortable and quiet ride that still provides great performance. This car also has a great road presence. If I had to do it again, I definitely would.

Best car I've ever owned. Runs circles around the Mercedes S-Class-No comparison!!

The G90 is an unbelievable car. It's definitely the best looking most comfortable car I've ever owned I drove S-Class Mercedes for over 25 years and this car is so much better than the S-Class plus is over 25,000 less! It's the second G90 I've owned and the next new car I purchase will be another G90.

Great vehicles - HORRIBLE support from corporate and dealerships

I purchased a 2023 Genesis G90 in September 2022, and it is the most advanced and quite honestly best vehicle I have ever bought. HOWEVER, I would never recommend this or any other Genesis vehicle for anyone looking for a luxury vehicle. Genesis Motor America has no concern for their customers once they have their money. They leave faulty software in their vehicles and refuse to fix it, claiming they never intended the cars to have the features they accidentally deactivated with the faulty software. Do NOT believe their advertising - what they call a "luxury experience" is total apathy and horrible service from their corporate offices and the vast majority of their dealerships. For anyone considering the purchase of one of these vehicles, PLEASE go to the Genesis Owners forums and Genesis Owners Facebook pages and see the horror stories that owner after owner has experienced. When you look at Google and Yelp reviews, do not be misled by the 5 star reviews. You will find that almost all of them refer to the buying experience. Genesis does have that down - they do a nice job of marketing and sales. On the other hand, you will find that all of the 1 and 2 star reviews are from people who have owned the vehicles for 6 months or more and have had any interface with Genesis Corporate or a Genesis Dealer. It is as simple as this - Genesis wins many awards for the top-notch vehicles they manufacture, and they deserve it. Can you imagine just how bad the after-sale service has to be for them to rank DEAD LAST in Customer Satisfaction in the 2023 JD Power Customer Satisfaction Ranking when they have such good cars? Yes, it is that bad. Please - do your research before you buy and learn why so many people regret buying a Genesis vehicle before you make the same mistake.

2023 Genesis G90 Supercharged

I owned the first black Genesis in Texas when I saw it at a new car show. I have since owned 6 others. Each car was the best available for that year and each succeeding model had improvements. Quality and reliability have been superb, especially compared to German cars!

i really am happy and pleased with my purchase

For the luxury vehicles available on the market, the Genesis G90 offers the most features, quality and warranty of any luxury vehicle on the market. The features are standard as opposed to other luxury vehicles where features are ala carte. The ride, the interior sound quality are some of the best i have experienced.

Great Luxury Car that needs a quite V8 engine

The Genesis G90 is an excellent road car, it preforms well and has a smooth quite ride. I just don't understand why Genesis took away the V8 engine option. Our previous G90 with a V8 engine had no engine noise, but the new G90 with the V6 has engine noise when under acceleration. Also, I don't like the engine going dead every time you stop the car, you can turn this off by pushing a button, but you have to do it every time you start the car. There should be a way to permanently turn this off. I realize these things have been engineered to get better fuel economy, but when you can afford a 100K automobile, fuel economy does not mean anything.

Great Car

I have been an Hyundai enthusiast. The G90 however surpassed my expectation in styling, build quality, interior cabin, luxury options and pricing. I know badge conscious people will be surprised at this because it is not one on the European brand but I get everything I feel I need and will use in a car at approximately $25,000 less than the nearest European brand. The icing on the cake for the E supercharger is the auto lock doors that you cannot even option on the S Class unless you go Maybach.

The car is fun to drive at a great value compared to its Audi, Lexus, Mercedes and BMW peers. Great style, performance and handling with impeccable interior makes this car a must drive. If Genesis adds Apple Car play, spare tire, better ventilation and improved mileage the car would be perfect.

Love this car

This is such an understated car from the outside—stylish, heck yes—but it doesn’t ooze “I’m driving a Bentley-equivalent” to other drivers. But inside the car you are treated to ridiculous levels of luxury and craftsmanship. 400 horsepower is more than enough power, with rear-wheel turning assist makes cornering a giddying experience akin to driving a sports car while forgetting you are in a full-sized luxury sedan. This is my mid-life crisis car, and I love it.

Great Value

Bold Design, great fit and finish, loaded with features. Very quiet to drive, great sound system. Bath seating area large enough and comfortable for a long trip. Truck size is good and can hold large suitcases as well as carry one size bags. Golf clubs fit in easily.

Vehicle has been at dealership for the last 2 months waiting on a replacement battery. No onone has been able to explain to me why a battery is not available, or when one might become available. My only recourse at this seems to be a filling with Texas Lemon Law for a complete refund of purchase cost.

Great vehicle value for the price.

The first Genesis i purchased was still under the Hyundai brand. It was the Genesis RSpec. Since then i was hooked. Then two G80s, then my first G90 in 2020 and now currently my 2023 G90. Truly impressed with every single feature in the newly redesigned 2023 Genesis G90.

Good car for everyday drive

The good: Looks good Rides comfortably Spacious Lots of techs. The bad: The 3.5t e-sc is disappointing and lacks power. Too many little screens for control. Some tech features are too complicated to set or not working well (still have some bugs to work out)

My review

This is my second purchase of genesis automobiles. I like the design, affordability, style, Drive and other features. The g90 is by far a superior vehicle in it's class. I think genesis should continue to put great products on the market for customers to drive.

Luxurious Jewel

After monitoring the introduction and final release of the Genesis G90 e-Supercharger vehicle for a period of approximately one year, I finally decided to purchase it after two test-drives. The amount of convenient and security features, plus the luxurious attributes are second to none considering the price range involved. It’s obvious that every effort to develop and release this engineering marvel has paid off. Thus far, it has been a box of pleasant surprises in every corner of the learning curve regarding its features and controls, its infotainment and the driving-assist systems. Extremely pleased with this luxurious jewel.

I now own 3 Genesis vehicles ,G90 GV80 GV60 I find them to be the best in there class . I also own several other high end cars. this brand is the best out there for service and dependability . as long as Genesis keeps improving models I will keep buying them.

Easy to fix problems, contact me

Must fix remote features, door lock unlock consistency, and door open/close system. Also needs TV(s) in the back. Also the extending rear passenger side seat leg section is so short it cuts circulation on your calves, it is only good for purple under 5 feet tall. Small children. I find it absurd. Poorly implemented. Plus holding the rest button for that amount of time is unacceptable.
