a good car

A good car could use some improvements Seats could be better, car doors are hard to shut, gas mileage is terrible. Happy with car overall, not sure if i would buy again !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Good vehicle but has issues

Good stying but more color choices would be nice. Incredibly number of features but some with questionable value. Excellent safety features but a lot of nuance warnings. Infotainment system very complex and hard to use with random bugs. Should be better for the money.

Great car but no service

Customer service ranks zero, Not one dealership in my whole state to get my car serviced. That's not right. Sure I can get vallet service and someone can drive my car to the dealership that is 2 hours away but why should it be that way. This is my third Genesis but it may be my last if I don't see a dealership somewhere in my state soon.

18 months in 2024 G80

Great looking car. Very comfortable to ride in and drive. No issues with fit and finish. Road noise is greater than expected on cement or older asphalt roads. The 300 hp 4 cylinder does well but expected better mpg; previously had a 2015 with the V8 and got the same mileage around town.Like the ability to adjust the ride setting without affecting the shift points. The lack of drip gutter on the door means water will drip inside the car when the door is opened.

Amazing luxury vehicle!

The value Genesis brings with their new lineup is unmatched. We have owned our new G80 now for a few months and all I can say is wow. Comfortable, quiet, fast, nimble, exciting; it just checks all the boxes for us. Oh and the looks, this car outshines all the euro luxury cars out there for looks.

Good but ever so slightly behind

Overall I am enjoying it. I feel that the weight seems off a bit to my liking. Coming from a BMW,m which felt like a tank, this one feels nothing like it. Features are great compared to BMW though. Comfort is leaps and bounds better even though the wheels are larger.

Dream car

I have been leasing cars for many decades and this is without a doubt the finest vehicle I have driven. it is beautiful, comfortable, powerful, and handles like a much smaller car. The automatic safety features have already prevented two potential parking lot accidents. I feel very safe in this vehicle.

Love the nice features and bells and whistles

Feels like luxury. Very comfortable and smooth ride. Everything works well and I love the massage feature in the Driver's seat. Enjoy driving this car very much. It is very roomy and comfortable. The little extras like the Genesis logo shadow out of the side mirrors are nice. Great looking car too. I've gotten lots of compliments.

Best Looking Car on the Road

The G80 is a sensational automobile. Its striking design turns heads and its performance on the road is excellent. The handling properties don’t quite match the road “stickiness” of an Audi but for its price I would say it outperforms. Fuel economy is very good. The interior is like being in a cockpit of an aircraft. The safety features are top notch and could possibly save you from having an accident…or losing your life. My only complaint is with the navigation system. It’s clunky and the maps are dismal. Otherwise, this is a fun, robust vehicle to drive and…you’ll enjoy every moment behind the wheel!

Best car I’ve ever owned and I have owned a lot of cars.

I could not be happier with my 2024 Genesis G80. After a full year of ownership I have not had 1 problem. The quality is top notch in every aspect. The interior is very stylish. All materials are first class. The exterior is very eye appealing. The ride is smooth and holds the road beautifully. I cannot recommend Genesis enough. A truly great car.

So far, excellent!

First time in 30+ years I did not go with Mercedes. This car had better value for the money, better technology, smoother ride. Had high expectations and they have been met. Only had it for a few weeks now so let's see what it is like a year or a couple of years from now.

Love the car hate the dealer very unprofessional.

The car drives great and has all the bells and whistles this comes from a 5 time owner of BMWs. The dealership was still a Hyundai/ Genesis and was very unprofessional charged me an extra $1,000 for interior and exterior treatments that they never did. Genesis needs to get it own building and dealership to really be considered a luxury car.

Great car for the money

Bought theccar to replace 2019 G80. I got the 3.5L sport prestige package and could not have wished for more features Great car fit the money. The car is a head turner and I get angry I get positive feedback often. It is a fun comfortable carcti drive. Love my G80.

The dealership stinks.

The G80 is a nice car. I should have gone with a Volvo S90, though. Auto Fair Manchester NH is all about selling the car. Service and communication seems secondary at the managerial and executive levels. The G80 is okay, but not a keeper. I will be going back to Volvo.

So love the vehicle

See survey, its really too soon to offer more information. To date we are very happy with the genesis g80. Its quiet has a nice ride, looks sharp has great features and seems to be very Solid. The dealership was awesome and was very informative. Everyone who saw it loves the look. The only problem to date is a lack of dealerships in our area. The valet service is a great option but it would be more convenient if we had a closer dealership.

Excellent vehicle!
