Just Like New!

For being over 20 years old, my CTS rides like NEW! Kept up with maintenance & now has over 135k miles. Very satisfied with the Cadillac...performance, looks and style. I only drive Cadillac...can't go wrong!

Too many problems

The CTS is a good car if brand new but after a few years it will cost you a lot of money to keep maintained. Just to change the headlights you have to take apart the front bumper. To change the spark plugs you have to take the manifold off and replace the gasket witch is all expensive. Sensors go bad too much. Especially the throttle position sensors. Very costly to repair also. Overall if it's not brand new or your not a mechanic then stay away from this Cadillac model

10,000 miles ago. I would have rated this car a ten in every category. It only has 137,000 miles on it and everything is breaking down. We've had it service regularly and bought with 55000 miles on it. This is the 2nd Cadillac ive owned that seems to have a self destruct time

Tremendous balance

With the 3.6 liter engine, the 2004 CTS is quick off the line, stable in the corners at high speeds, gets to merge speeds fast and safely, and does all this with a smooth comfortable ride. It's roomy without being bulky and is a great car for long drives or for zipping around town. I'll keep this one until it dies, but at 94,000 miles, there's no sign of that.

2004 Cadillac CTS

This is my 2nd used CTS and my 4th used Cadillac. I have had great luck with all four of my Cadillacs. They always seems to have been owned by people that took good care of the, and had the appropriate maintenance done to them. They are a great car that last long and I have put at least 100,000 miles on each of my past used Cadillacs that had 95,000, 85,000, and 73,000 miles on them when I purchased them. The Cadillacs I purchased were in good shape both inside and out including their engines. I'll continue to buy used Cadillacs or used cars ahead of new cars any day. New cars are just too expensive.

Love it. best car i have ever owned

I've maintained my car regularly so i havent had many problems. Have had to replace the battery 2-3 times in 11 urars and it is over &300.00 can't figure out why so expensive. I had an automatic window motor repaired at the dealership and felt like i got robbed but no one else could fix it. Its a heavy car and drives great. Very little road noise. Im afraid when it needs replacing i wont be able to afford another one and of course i'd choose another cadillac. I wouldnt take another luxury car in its place.

Reliable sports sedan with great acceleration and great handling

I have owned the 2004 CTS for 7 years. Has only needed a few minor repairs. Probably the best domestic sports sedan. Only drawback is the RWD in my Midwest snow. I leave it at home on a few heavy snow days each year (Nebraska) and share a ride to work. Other than that, it has been a gem.
