Moore Cadillac took excellent care of my vehicle and communicated with me frequently throughout the repair process. It took 2-3 months to get my vehicle back due to the national parts shortage/supply chain issues, but the employees here called me frequently with updates which was so very appreciated. Once parts were in, my car was ready within two weeks, which is amazing considering the extent of the damage. The team did a thorough inspection and insisted upon additional repairs my insurance hadn't originally included in their accident estimate, and I can't thank them enough for their advocacy and thoroughness. Special thanks to the manager David for being so communicative. Looks brand new and I'll definitely be back.
