Very professional shop and friendly service. Had to have some major work done on my car that overheat
ed 😵💫. Sam did a full diagnostic on my vehicle letting me know all that was needing attention and what was crucial and what wasn't. This helped because what was crucial was already going to be a lot. I consulted a friend who is a mechanic but was too far for me to take it to.. and he said the pricing was fair and accurate for the needed repairs. They got it done pretty quickly which helped me not to have to pay so long for a rental car. I would definitely bring my cars here again if needed in the future.

I have a 1995 Ford F150 with 334,000 miles. I brought it to Hale Automotive where I have taken all
of my cars for many years . My truck hasn't run well for a long time, and the AC wasn’t working . It turned out. It did need a lot of repairs that I should’ve had done years ago ,since it wasn’t my daily driver I didn’t really worry about it.
Hale would send me a text stating what needed to be done and the prices and I would have to approve before they went on with that part of the repair. I had them do everything it needed, which was a smart move. Truck runs perfect and the AC is cold. John Hale ‘s always follows up on repairs
I trust him completely with my vehicle’s. That’s why I wouldn’t ever consider going anywhere else ,so if you have an older car that you think you maybe need to sell or trade it because it doesn’t run very good ,let Hale Automotive check it out,and repair what’s needed at a much lower cost than anyone else , especially a dealer?.
