rength, checking my wiper fluid possible leak, resetting my dash for the next check-up. Let me know, and showed me about my thin back brakes and he'll change them next week. Been with this shop for a jillion years and I won't change mechanics, even all the way from Olathe. Rich and Josh do a wonderful and reasonable job to keep my car running. This is a rare well-run shop.

Having heard a " muffled banging type sound in the front driver's side of my car, I made an appointme
nt to have R&G take a look. They had replaced struts in the vehicle not too long ago and found that the noise I was hearing was related to a "bad part" that was the issue. It needs to be replaced, the new part has been ordered and once it arrives, they will set up an appointment to replace this. it is covered under warranty and will not be any expense to me. As usual, excellent service to me and so appreciative to them. R&G personnel are well trained and you will be very satisfied with how well you are treated by them.

They had gone above and beyond for me, fixing my nightmare of a car, keeping me updated with every step of the process, and being so helpful during the payment process- I cannot recommend these guys enough. This will be the only shop I go to in the future, and I'll be recommending them to EVERYONE I come across.
