They had gone above and beyond for me, fixing my nightmare of a car, keeping me updated with every step of the process, and being so helpful during the payment process- I cannot recommend these guys enough. Machado‘s got my truck in on short notice for to evaluate of a potential steering problem that was i
ndicated by another service station. Having had excellent experiences in the past at Machado‘s, I wanted them to give me honest feedback about whether I had a problem how serious it was and if I needed to have it fixed, what sort of job would be. They did a complete check out of the front end and they assured me that the ball joints were fine. There’s nothing to be concerned about and no repairs were necessary at this time. I feel very confident in the recommendations that I get from Tom and DJ at Machado‘s and I appreciate Stephanie getting me in for that appointment on short notice.
