Great, reliable, trustworthy and friendly service.
So glad I found Machado's. The office staff is great. Very good at explaining everything prior to work being done. And the mechanic is top notch. As well as great at explaining what was wrong and how and way they fixed it. So far no work that isn't necessary has ever been done.
I will continue going to Machado's and will take my other vehicle there as well.

Great customer service and vehicle repair
Easy scheduling with the receptionist Stephanie who is always very polite. The guys always are thorough with the work they do and anything that they find that will keep both my wife and daughter’s cars on the road. It’s great to know that I can trust everyone at Machado’s with GREAT work and CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Poor performance of my 2016 Masada CX-5 Quickly Repaired

Excellent service
I was able to take my car in and get a diagnostic same day. Maybe it was luck but I explained to them I work in Livermore but live in Turlock and they was willing to try and help me get at least a diagnostic same day. They communicated with me right away about it being completed and recommended what i should be getting done soon. Highly recommend.

Been going to them for years. They always honest and keep your costs to minimum. They have checked my engine light a couple of times for free. They just ask that I come there if it needs work.
I feel I can trust their judgement. They have saved me money and i would recommend to anyone.
