Went to Toyota for my regular service and they suggested about $1500 worth of services. I just got my
oil change & tire rotation (covered by my service plan), then was referred to One Way by someone at American Tire. Inspection is $150, but they waived it for me since I got services done. It took a little while for the inspection to be completed (maybe an hr to an hr and a half), but it was so detailed. They broke everything down with pictures to help me understand their findings, and lack thereof. They showed me all the testing/inspecting they did and that more than half of the things Toyota told me I needed were not really necessary at that time. Apparently they often suggest things early just based on mileage, not really based on the actual condition of the car & its parts. Ended up spending about $300 (including 20% off one of my services for being a 1st time customer) on things that were actually necessary for my car at that time. They were also very kind and courteous, unlike the service advisor I dealt with at Toyota.

is address. By 9 o’clock the following morning he had two new tires installed and my car was ready for pick up. What great service.

Brought my Mustang in for a second opinion as Ford claimed the motor needed to be replaced due to a b
ad head gasket however I suspected otherwise, the guys over at Orange Empire confirmed the engine was fine and saved me a massive amount of money that would have been spent doing an engine swap. They were honest from the start and I would recommend them to anyone who needs work done on their vehicle for a very reasonable price.

Had problem with poor idle and check engine light on GM truck.. Problem only got worse in a matter of
hours.. Took vehicle in Monday and got it back two days later. . Engine had suffered asjor failure ti the valve lifter oil manifold. After replacement,truck runs great!

I have taken it to Fletcher Jones MBZ and Foothill Ranch MBZ
for servicing and repairs and the experience was always frustrating, time consuming, and way too expensive. The vibe was always "they were doing me a favor" by agreeing to work on my 25 year old E 320. NOT THE CASE with Star Motor Werks!
Geoff and his staff also work as a "family" and treat my Benz with that kind of care and concern. Having owned four Mercedes since 1972, STAR MOTOR WERKS has provided me with the very best service ever! I cannot recommend these professionals enough. So, IF your Mercedes is part of your family, give it the same treatment you will get from Geoff and his crew.
