Ruben said they're pretty up-front and honest. They are pretty nice to deal with and it's not the first time he has been to the business. He spoke with Angel who quoted a price on the phone but when he spoke with Mike, it was a different quoted price. Angel said he himself had misquoted and apologized for giving the wrong price. Ruben added they're a good group of employees.
Jennie said they diagnosed her vehicle and told her exactly what was wrong. They explained everything very well, plus gave her options. They are very informational and she appreciates all their hard work.
