I brought my 2016 BMW 335i GT to C&D after BMW diagnosed a cooling fan issue but couldn’t
fully identify the cause. Charlie and the team took the time to properly troubleshoot it and found the actual issue was wiring/harness related.
They also helped coordinate the tow, repaired the problem, replaced the needed components, and tested everything afterward with no current or pending codes. Straightforward communication, fair pricing, and better diagnosis than the dealer. I’ll definitely use them again.
